Great hotel. Very nice facilities and the rooms are beautiful and cosy. Nice food and great service. The only thing that we didn't like is that one day we woke up and our swimming pool was emptied and it took hours to get it filled again. I could understand that they would need to clean the swimming pool for whatever reason. But the problem is that we were not informed in advance so we could not plan our day accordingly.

Tejaprana Bisma was complete luxury. The grounds, rooms and all facilities were pristine and so beautifully kept and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious and luxurious. We loved our own private pool and covered outdoor day bed as an additional area to spend time. ALL of the staff were nothing short of incredible with particular mention to Lely and Ria. Nothing was too much trouble, they were so willing to share their culture and maintained such care of us during our stay. The restaurant served great food and drinks and again, the staff were so attentive. Huge breakfast menu up choose from. The location was great with 2 directions to choose from to walk into the main area of Ubud to all restaurants, shopping, palace and temples. We can't recommend Tejaprana Bisma enough.

We stayed for a week in a Valley View Villa and it was exceptional! Location is perfect, walking distance to Monkey Forest and also to Ubud Palace and street market. Villa was breathtaking with a beautiful view, we had 2 days with monkeys on our roof, so it’s ok. Every single staff member has been amazing and has worked 24/7 to make this stay an unforgettable experience for us. If I ever come back to Bali, this will be my place!! Thank you Tejaprana! We had 5 nights in Ubud and this was a wonderful place to stay. Firstly the location is excellent, it is quiet and still close to restaurants and shops. The infinity pool overlooking palm trees and rice field is a magical place for breakfast and relaxing by the pool. Our room was superb, in particular with the plunge pool, undercover day bed and bath. Finally the staff were awesome. They are a young team that could have not been more friendly and accommodating and we thank them for making our stay in Ubud such a memorable one.

The staff is amazing. What service!! Always exceeding our expectations. Any phone call to the reception for stuff like water was met within 2-3 minutes always. The pool in the room was the best part too. We enjoyed our honeymoon a lot!!

Monkeys would wake us up every moring at 6am, that was annoying. We had a lot of ants in our bed to, which the staff did come and help remove.

MONKEYs, MONKEYS Because hotel is beside monkey forest. Monkeys are coming to your backyard almost daily. Hotel told that when we arrived, but I prefered to knownit before booking. We couldn’t open the backyard and we didn’t swim in the private pool at all because of monkeys. Monkeys were coming even in families, so imagine you see suddenly 20 monkeys in hotel in your backyard.

It would have been nice to have separated the toilet out from the very spacious bathroom. Not a great inconvenience but just a small suggestion

After the traffic into Ubud, you entered the property that exuded a calmness throughout the whole place. There were individual villas that were separated by stairs and footpaths, set amongst plants and trees. The rooms were very spacious, each with its own oasis in the back of the room. It was exceptionally clean with a large spacious bathroom. Staff were very helpful, going out of their way to meet any requirements. Would happily stay there again.

Easiest review ever......one of the best hotels I have ever been to! Exceptional in every aspect, the staff are truly amazing and provide such care and dedication. The wildlife you can see and hear is unforgettable! We will be back and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ubud!!!
