Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaThe only downside I would note is some room rustiness, amenities feel a bit used here and there: broken door handles, pool stones and little furniture scratches.
Hospitality, room intimacy, the view from the restaurant and the infinity pool and the delicious food are the no-brainers in choosing this venue.

Simply the best. I don’t write reviews often, but my wife and I were blown away by the friendly and kind-hearted service, beautiful facility, easy access to Ubud, and high-quality restaurant at Tejaprana Bisma. From the moment of our arrival, the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They took care of our room throughout the day, organized transportation to fancy dinners and our next destination, and went above and beyond to accommodate our vegan diets. The restaurant is great, and the rest of the facilities (spa, lounge, private pool) are in excellent shape. The hotel’s location is also great for exploring Ubud while still feeling like your home is a private jungle oasis. But above all was how we were treated by everyone we encountered. Ika, Diha, Made, Ari, Aris, and the rest of the team were so friendly and thoughtful throughout. We were genuinely sad to say farewell to this great group of folks, and I will spread the word about their business as much as I can. If you have the opportunity to stay here, please do!

AustraliaI really can't think of anything, we loved it all.
Tejeprana is gorgeous, beautifully landscaped gardens, great restaurant overlooking the infinity pool, heavenly spa treatments, plus a lavishly decorated Garden Villa with your own private pool & outdoor bath. The staff are polite & friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The resort is located close to restaurants, little shops & mini marts, 5 minute walk to the Sacred Monkey Forest. It is a 8 minute scooter ride to the centre of Ubud for more restaurants, shopping or sightseeing. Ubud is the perfect place for tours, with everything close by - white water rafting, sunrise on Mt Batur, waterfalls, e-bikes. Staying in Ubud avoids the hectic traffic you get trying to travel up from the south of Bali.

United StatesEverything was perfect!
Gorgeous clean room . Service was impeccable. Food was some of the best we had in Bali. They had a take away breakfast ready for us when we left the hotel at 2:30 am! for our hike to Mt Batur There was a person up and graciously handed us out breakfast. Hotel is walkable to shops and to the monkey sanctuary. We did not go in but saw monkeys along the roadside which was enough for us as they are aggressive animals! Perfect stay...highly recommend!!

One of the most unique & amazing experience we have ever had. Very peaceful atmosphere. Our Villa with the private pool was amazing especially at the sunset. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a la carte but was a good quality and variety. Every morning fresh fruit was delivered to our room. Every night they were brought a mosquito repellent to our garden. The location was great, short walk to everywhere. Very close to the monkey forest & to many restaurants & to ubud centre. Definitely worth to stay & definitely | recommend it to anyone. If I go to ubud again I will definitely stay in TEJAPRANA Bisma resort🥰🥰 Thank for making our holiday unforgettable🙏🏻

United StatesNothing that I can think of.
I've stayed at multiple high-class (and expensive) resorts around the world, and this hotel was on par or better than almost all of them. The room was spectacular - large, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom and the private plunge pool were particularly nice. The location was great - short walk to the Monkey Forest and to many great restaurants, but just far enough away from the main drag to be peaceful. The breakfast was excellent - multiple very diverse choices of food, all well-prepared, and while it wasn't a buffet, they let you order as many as you wanted. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful. For example, we had to leave very early on the last day, so they made a wonderful take-away breakfast for us. And the spa was excellent, with multiple great treatments at very reasonable prices.

United StatesThe spa services were not as amazing as I thought they would be, although the atmosphere was lovely. It seemed like the treatments were more about pampering, but the technicians were not especially skilled.
Quality of the design and luxury of the private villas. I stayed in two different categories and both were equally impressive. Daily breakfast was also fantastic.

United StatesNothing. It was perfect for us.
The friendliest staff, all over the property. Our villa was perfect. Private and comfortable. Best part is you can walk to anywhere in Ubud. If you haven't been to Ubud yet, trust me, being able to walk is a major plus. Traffic can get pretty crazy there. The restaurants along Monkey Forest are awesome and only take about 10 min to walk to. Even being in Ubud area, once you get on property, you don't hear any traffic noise, just the wonderful sounds of the jungle. We have been to Ubud 3 times, and while everywhere we stayed was nice, this was by far the best. We would for sure stay here again.

CyprusOne of the most unique and amazing experiences we have had. ALL staff were first of all humble human beings, with big smiles and professionals at all times, asking about your stay and if there is anything you'll like. The resort is of maximum and unbelievable standards, of hygiene and relaxation to the fullest, in the forest of UBUD. Breakfast was sublime as well as the Kalyana Restaurant with lots of different choices and flavours. Spa services was the BEST we've had ever.

AustraliaI can’t really fault anything about the resort itself. I do wish that resorts offered competitive prices for the spa treatment. I feel that Grab and Gojek are so accessible these days that people would rather travel out of the resort to go to spas because you can find them for 60% to 70% cheaper I know you have the convenient of being able to have a massage at the resort, but if anything like we are who had one to massages every day, they add up and we love a good saving
1. Excellent location - walking distance to everything you’d need, shops, restaurants, Cafes, massage, money exchange ect 2. Clean and comfortable room - rooms are well maintained. Beds are very comfy and the pillows have been the best we’ve slept on in Bali. 3. Amenities - has everything you need for your stay You wouldn’t really need to leave the resort if you didn’t want to. My suggestion for room location. I do believe all rooms are pretty much identical in the way of layout. My top recommendation would definitely be Valley Villa Terrace Villa These rooms offer exceptional views from your room if you really want to experience the awe of Ubud then these rooms are for you. Every evening you are treated to a sunset from these rooms. I think these are the only rooms that offer sunset views. These rooms share the same view or similar view as the main infinity pool and where you go to have breakfast every morning they have pictures on their website Forest villa Two bedroom villa These villas face towards the left-hand side of the resort both offering beautiful views, they share the same view as that of Jivanti lounge & anandin function room they have pictures on their website they share the same walkway as the Garden Valley villas My least favourite Garden Villa Now don’t get me wrong these villas are also absolutely beautiful. We booked this Villa, but I was really wanting the view so we decided to see if there were any other villas available and we came across the Terrace Villa. I was glad we made the switch because the room offered a view that you just couldn’t get from the garden villas.

Our driver/ tour guide, Made, was amazing, we highly recommend him for booking any tours or any rides around the island. He lets you know about the culture and the local knowledge, we were very grateful for him. Overall, the villas are incredible, the food, the spa, everything about this place is 10/10.
