The bungee wait can be slight delay during peak hours and the food there need tremedous improvement.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made the stay there enjoyable. Was also great that we can have more than 2 in a room! It does get kind of humid inside the tent when the weather is hot, but I guess it can’t be help cause it’s weather!

The room is too hot in the day time. Less variety on the choice of breakfast and buffet dinner. Lagoon view tent doesn’t seem like worth it as the Lagoon is pretty far away.

We booked the suite package. unfortunately, found it to be poor value for money. While the concept of glamping is appealing, the pricing is nearly on par with 4-5 star luxury hotels. However, the facilities and infrastructure fell far short of that standard. For example, no TV, bedrooms are very basic like staying in a chalet etc, Staying in a tent with basic amenities cannot compare to the comfort and luxury offered by similarly priced hotels. For the price charged, I expected a more refined and premium experience.

The glamping tent offers a unique experience. There are privacy and the facilities are clean and neat. Good for gathering with friends. There are also plenty of tourist activities available in the hotel.

Wet weather. Hard to get around. Pricing also a bit too expensive for local food within its premises. Same goes for all other attractions within the treasure bay.

Location is good. Breakfast so so only. Not really kids friendly. Does not have high expectation after all.

This is my 2nd time visiting and brought my friend here for a birthday trip, staff were really friendly and the experience they gave was super.

I saw a promo for lamb shank with wine and decided to try it for lunch. The menu listed two options: one lamb shank paired with either a bottle of Norton Collection wine for IDR 1,000,000++ or a glass for IDR 220,000++. However after 10 min plus, waiter informed me that the glass pairing was a mistake, and the promo is only for a bottle. The restaurant should honor the advertised mistake and remove the promo right after. No alternative was offered.

Friendly and attentive staff who handle requests efficiently make my staff a truly enjoyable one.

Dining is limited in the resort as there's no way to go out for other options as it's inaccessible and you will have to pre-book a car in advance. Tents are very close to each other, not soundproof.

Interesting glamping experience, the place was very clean and relaxing. Breakfast and coffee wasn't too bad, the staff were extremely responsive on whatsapp. The buggy takes you to your glamping location and there's transport that picks you up and drops you off at the ferry terminal.

The theme of Glamping is just amazing. Avery kid friendly resort . Rooms are nice, air conditioned and kids do love the theme of tents and BBQ . Though things were communicated through WhatsApp, service and hospitality was at top notch. Just a 5 min walk will take you to Crystal Bay which is SE Asias first man made sea water lagoon. A must visit!!!

Wish there were more facilities catered to adults to enjoy and have fun.

Resort with a nice view and it was a very interesting glamping experience. The tent is bigger than I imagined it to be and very clean. They also have an open-space movie screening at night. Whole atmosphere of the resort is very chill and relaxing. The kids had a fun time!
