It became very hot even when I switched on the Aircon in the morning.

The tents were very clean and comfortable! I loved the small window at the top.

Room service is quite slow at night and food menu can be proved esp for late night supper.

Nice facilities and enough activities to keep the children entertained. The cost is slightly steeper but it's a holiday and no one is complaining.

We weren't expected to pay for all the activities at the lagoon so in the end we didn't participated in any. Quite a bumper since we have young children.

A great stay, the room is comfortable for 4 pax. The bathroom is clean. Housekeeping communication over whatsapp makes it convenient and efficient. We don't have to wait for a long time for any of our requests, be it topping of toilet papers, bottled water, buggy service, room service, etc.

Maybe the hotel should provide free transportation for the customers and have a fixed time slot to go to the hawker Centre which is 5 mins away. cheers

This is a special Glamping stay for our family and friends. The staffs were friendly and very efficient in their response to our needs. I am impressed by the High level of service level. The Treasure Bay by the lagoon provides a good staycation for us especially the children that enjoyed all the water theme park and etc. Value for money and good way to get away from Singapore.

A great place to relax for all ages. The lagoon is big and have many sport. If you like sport, this is a place to consider and have fun with group of friends.

This is my personal opinion, the tent was super warm in the afternoon, there’s no small opening for ventilation, it made it feel like a greenhouse effect.

Unique stay, clean, everyone is friendly and has the best customer service I ever experienced. Treasure bay was a little steep but facilities were maintained in good condition.

In the middle of the day, the room will be a little hot, and it is easy to fall asleep. It would be better if outdoor music could be played later.

Some of the events hosted by the hotel are really worth enjoying, such as movies and bands. All the staff are polite and patient. It makes me feel happy from the inside out：） thanks !

The SPA tent in-between others room tent really need to improve. Must have bigger tent size or at least 2 tents linkage with shelter as waiting so more customers may enjoy service instead of 2 customers a time. Create bathroom with 🛀 bathroom with inflatable bathtub. That will be a wow to meet expectations for kids who love to soak in tub. Is there any on loan tablets upon request not sure if that is already in place.

We really like the rustic 'red indian ' tent type of room and also the desert theme landscape concept. It's really a show off for posting on FB and Instagram. High ceiling tents and lighting really created the nice ambience. We saw the family private garden with hammock concept that was really thoughtful for family and private couples.

I hope hotel can set up a convenient mini store for more choices, such like snacks, drink, cup noodles... The soundproofing problem, but it is within my acceptable range. The room OPAL 11 air-con not function cool.

This is amazing view for glamping resort, my friend and I super like it! Good location, near by ferry terminal for 5-8 mins and have free pick up service. Hotel very clean and comfortable, many facilities & activities available in resort, such like cycling rental, water sport, BBQ, movie time... The staff very helpful & kind, recommended it! Lots of choices for breakfast and taste are quite good.

the long lasting band for consecutive two night could not end till 10.30pm disturbed my and my friends' families esp we had kids with us, tho our tents were far from the lounge the volume was still loud and did not turn.down after i complained.

The weather was hot and our room's aircon was not able to cool it down in day time compared to my friend's room. As 4 of us shared 1 room, the 2 extra beds below were not able to get the aircon. It would be great if there could be an air-cooler or another aircon in the room as the weather could be quite hot in day time. BBQ portion was a bit small as we shared 4 sets among 8 people. Room service was a bit pricy. Breakfast did not have a lot of varieties during our stay. It would be great if we could try some local dishes / cuisines in breakfast time.

The resort's location is just near the ferry terminal that we arrived. The transport was provided conveniently by the resort. The staffs were friendly and helpful. They helped us get the near by rooms for me and my friends. We were allowed to check-in early as our ferry reached early in the morning. The communication was great and our requests were arranged promptly. Really love the Crystal Lagoon. The pool was so big and beautiful. We did not have to worry about the crowd as the pool is spacious. BBQ at sunset after playing in Crystal Lagoon was such a remarkable experience. Had a great time with my friends as the BBQ set up was readily prepared for us. Breakfast was ok. The resort's desert theme is very beautiful. Worth the get-away-vacation from city area.

The wet weather, but that couldn't be helped. One thing that can be improved is having a qr code to download information about the activities in the tents, instead of needing to message the front desk to ask for it. Also, a notice board about the availability of activities such as the mangrove tour at the front desk would be helpful

The tents were very comfortable, and the variety of dining options around the resort left us spoiled for choice.
