Very nice hotel with a lot of facilities. Very clean pools. The staff are really friendly and helpful. it is a great hotel specifically for families with kids. they even have kindergarten for children. The hotel has nice facilities for early checking great lounge and free stancks.

The breakfast area was a bit warm (Kunyit). Some of the towels that we got for the sunbeds smelled a bit sour, but we got new ones when we told the staff.

Nice room, lovely staff, very good and varied breakfast. They fixed the room two times a day if you wanted to, and filled up with water if you needed.

Limited storage space in the rooms. A weird little cupboard in the bathroom. The breakfast had good food but more tailored to Asian tastes. Restaurants were overpriced and average.

Nice rooms and the deluxe rooms open onto a lovely pool. Great staff. All very relaxed and helpful. Excellent location in Kuta near heaps of cheap eating places.

Room is really well maintained and luxurious. Breakfast has a full range of foods to suit all nationalities and tastes. Grounds as so well looked after and there are gardeners constantly clearing fallen leaves etc.

The location from airport is so close and once you are into the hotel it’s an oasis. The pools are fantastic and staff are always smiling and happy to help. Great service. Hotel rooms are fantastic , clean and comfortable.

Just the beach in front of the resort is not the nicest one. The internet was unstable.

A very nice place, great room service, lovely swimming pools, rich breakfasts, very kind staff, super comfortable beds. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. We were amazed by this resort and definitely would stay again.

Close to the beach and shops nearby, with a walking path along the seaside behind the hotel that provides easy access to other hotel restaurants and cafes without getting into the busy roads.

This resort is simply amazing! The atmosphere was serene, the amenities were excellent, and the staff made us feel right at home. The breakfast offered an impressive variety, and the food quality was outstanding.

We unfortunately booked on booking.com rather than direct with the hotel. Booking.com have different room choices at different price levels as usual. However, they did not mention that the lead in room is quite a distance from reception and also that you do not get the choice to have breakfast in their beautiful restaurant near the beach...you have to eat in a smaller area. If we had of none this at time of booking, we would have not booked this room type and would have paid the extra .

Staff are exceptional at Anvaya. We had a problem with our initial room allocation and after contacting the staff, we were moved to a nicer room. Breakfast at main restaurant near the beach is one of the best we have ever come across in the world for choice, no matter where in the world you have come from..

The bathroom floor was terrible. The shower water was scapped across the floor when opening the shower door. This made the floor slippery and I fell to the floor, hit my head on the shower door and twisted my ankle. Lucky I was not seriously hurt. We had to spread the towels all over the bathroom floor to stop it from being slippery for the rest of our stay. The setup is dangerous and could have resulted with a worse outcome. I checked with my family staying next door and they had exactly the same problem with the shower water from the shower door too.. Internet was terrible day one and needed the router to be replaced. Again we had problems trying to use the internet for my work.

We had to use our bath towels for the pool as they would not let us use the pool towels from the main pool, this ment we had to request clean towels all the time. Noisy people at ungodly hours of the night in the halls outside our room. To be fair, this wasn't Anvayas fault. They had a number of conventions on during the 5 nights were stayed.

Anvaya was lovely, we had a lagoon entry room, it was well presented, maintained, and very comfortable. The grounds were immaculate and staff were always busy maintaining it. Straight across the road is a booze shop, mini supermarket, money changer and a very cool Irish Pub next door had fabulous meals. The breakfast was lovely and other meals we had all tasted fabulous. Well stocked complimentary mini bar. The staff were fabulous 👌🏼 every need catered too.

Buffet breakfast at the Sands restaurant was amazing with lots of choices of different cuisine. We were in a Premier room with lagoon access which was excellent for early morning and late night swims. There were also other swimming pools which were well maintained with plenty of lounge chairs which we used during the day. The staff were excellent and attentive to our needs and the resort was well maintained and clean. Our bed was super king sized, we almost got lost in there!, with extra large pillows. The resort is in the quieter part of Kuta, and was large enough that we never heard any noise from the street. The beach was quieter than Kuta beach as well, and a short walk to both the Lippo and Discovery Malls, and within walking distance to lots of affordable restaurants, and of course, Waterbom Park.
