The water provided always needs a bottle opener so maybe a bottle opener in the bathroom as well would be helpful as it was a little annoying when you went to brush your teeth and had to get it from the kitchen or maybe switch to twist top water bottles.

The location and staff were amazing. The were very helpful and always there to help.

The main draw back was the aircon had a really bad smell. It smelt of wet smelly socks which is probably a mildew infestation in the AC. It was like this in both rooms, but worse in one. The only other things that could be improved would be somewhere to hang pool towels, more spots to hang shower towels as the shower doesn’t drain well and they get saturated, and two sets of keys please! We were two couples staying and it’s easier with two sets so we don’t have to juggle one.

Great stay overall. Nice pool, rooms, beds, bathrooms, location. Good value for money between four people when we got it while discounted. Restaurant at the front is amazing.

The villa was new and the open layout was great either lots of sun and shade spread across the pool. The pool day beds, genius! The staff were all amazing, great food and very comfy beds. I loved the bathroom and the open air shower. Walking distance to some great restaurants and beach and only a short rid to the main drag of Sanur. It was just out of the main hustle and bustle which I loved but still well equipped with shops and restaurants. I’ve stayed in Sanur numerous times and this definitely was my favourite villa stay.

It does get a bit wet in living room when raining. They didn’t supply much toilet paper which is needed in Bali when someone has Bali belly. There is no reception so have to call for any enquiries. Not entirely private as higher buildings beside. Would appreciate some mosquito repellent and coils.

Property is new, so no mould yet like most places in Bali. Bed is really comfortable. Love that the pool is not too deep. The room has a beautiful roof and Balinese style bathroom.

We had the back villa with neighbors- dog barking a lot at the fence and can smell them cooking (fish one night - strong smell came in the villa) Kids and small baby crying next door neighbor and next villa. wasn’t great in the morning but didn’t last long. One Neighbor had a balcony overlooking our pool area so not entirely private. Would request a different villa if I returned but otherwise a lovely stay for us and would recommend in Sanur

NOTHING .... oh the pool drain made a weird gurgling sound when the waterfeature was on. Very very minor detail.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING - I have often stayed in Sanur; this was a last-minute pitstop before I went to the islands; everything from the villa to the friendly and welcoming staff and the restaurant was fantastic. i have even booked a week later in the year. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is also in the best part of Sanur if you want some quiet time, but there are plenty of fabulous restaurants and bars close by, and the beach is 5 minutes away

Not a negative as such, but the Arca Villas doesn't really have a formal reception desk and this can be a little bit confusing. Other than that, it would be good if the mosquito nets around the bed were completely enclosed rather than remaining open at the top.

The villa is very comfortable with a wonderful pool that looks beautiful in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized fridge and freezer which is very useful! The staff were all very welcoming and extremely helpful throughout the entire stay.

The villa and facilities were beautiful, and always perfectly clean. Perfect for our grown up family of four. Beds and linen were very comfortable. All of the staff were extremely kind and welcoming and efficient, and very happy to assist in any way. We loved having delicious smoothies or snacks brought to us in the villa so we could enjoy by the pool.

The Villas are very modern and beautifully presented. Also in a fantastic location surrounded by restaurants, shops and spas. Amazing restaurant and bar at the front of the villas. Every single staff member was wonderful!

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The Villa was beautiful and a peaceful place to stay, with the beach and resturants only a few minutes walk away. Perfect for what I needed.
