Everything was great, views were incredible, only thing is the location is a little far outside of Ubud so make sure that you have a bike if you stay.

Just bugs - can’t do much your amongst rice fields don’t expect to not see one.

Everything besides bugs, could be more protection under the doors to block them out but honestly what do you expect your amongst the rice fields. The staff were AMAZING, absolutely accomodating and had the best service. Stayed really late when most villas needed the bugs cleaned out there rooms this one specific night they just went above and beyond. I’d come back any day.

Sewer smell occasionally coming up from toilet and bidet hose ( and/ or drains). The headboard needs a small repair, it loudly creaks with every little move. The bedroom could use a lamp or a dimmer.

The villa was so pretty and spacious. It was a bit south of Ubud but still close to Tegenungan waterfall, quad biking, and the majority of the stuff we wanted to do so it didn’t matter to us at all! It was a relaxing and peaceful stay with nice views. The people onsite were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend :)

So quiet and peaceful, about 4or 5 miles from the centre of Ubud opposite a rice field. Just a short walk away is an excellent restaurant that was perfect for breakfast. Hosts were super helpful. What a lovely villa!

We found this property but chance. When the place we originally booked didn’t live up to expectations (or pictures) we needed to find somewhere last min and quite quickly. Thank God this villa was available. It didn’t disappoint and looks exactly like the pictures. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early. The location, although a bit far from the action, was quiet and peaceful. Nice and clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed our time here.

A beautiful private villa. Pool and room were kept clean, everything in close proximity. A lovely home from home vibe with kitchenette, comfortable living space, bed very comfortable and bathroom kept clean.

Better protection vs outside heath or small bugs (mosquito nest at entrance, or doors that fully close - the current ones have some small spaces, like most of Bali accommodation have) - not a deal breaker

Good, quiet location that has a few small restaurants nearby. Also, it's nearby roads are quite beautiful to drive on, adds a nice vibe to the location. The villa is modern, clean, with spacious rooms. It has a small outdoor pool that was quite nice to relax in. I would go again and I have recommended it to friends that are planning to go near Ubud.

As mentioned in a few other comments, the doors to the outside aren’t very well sealed, and unfortunately the beautiful natural locations means there are a lot of bugs that get in. We were totally fine with the geckos and other insects, but one night we had multiple rather large spiders in the lounge room. As Australians we are used to this, so we just caught them and rereleased them outside. However it was pretty uncomfortable. For the rest of the stay we put towels under the doors to better seal them.

This villa was so beautiful. It was modern and clean and looked exactly like it does in the photos. The bedroom, lounge room and bathroom were extremely functional and the outside was just gorgeous. The garden and pool were well maintained and the pool was in the shade in the afternoon which we appreciated. The location was really picturesque, the villa was surrounded by rice paddies and had some really nice walks. The staff were awesome! They were ready on request to clean/ change sheets and anything needed.

Not a great deal of options for eating out, but villa is not central to Ubud. About 15 minutes drive into Ubud however gojek food delivery available and there are a few restaurants in 8-25 minutes walking distance.

Quiet villa outside central Ubud, but easily accessible for gojek. Clean, secure and staff were friendly. Private pool was fantastic!

It was a perfect location for us. We really liked this cozy and quiet place. If you rent a bike or a car, there is no problem to get cafes, shops and interesting locations. One moment, be ready that geckos will be your neighbours. For us it was just funny, and we quickly became the friends. Thanks hosts for this month! PS wifi was perfect!
