Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They should offer a breakfast alternative as inconvenient to find restaurant at 8 am when raining.
Very comfy double bed, hot water and clean room and facilities. I had a ground floor with pool view, although small, was very satisfied.

there were locals or staff lounging around in the reception area- hard to tell if they were actually staff as they didnt help when I got to reception- seemed to use the receptioon area as a hang out, doom scrolling on phone and eating meals. Didn't think it was an appropriate place to lounge around like your at home

Hot water takes a while to heat up, wifi is quite slow if you plan to load big size file. But both are not really bothering if you plan to stay here.
Friendly and helpful staff, strategic location ti many bars and beach, clean facility, good pool for a chilling swim. Totally recommended for a stay.

There was a rooster right by our room waking us up in the morning, although this is not the hotels fault. You could not really sit by the pool so we didn’t end up using it. As all the rooms face eachother we had to keep our curtains closed for privacy!
Great location walkable to the beach and lots of restaurant and shops, staff were friendly and it was clean and comfortable

It took a long time for the shower to heat up if it did. Personally I found the beds super hard.
Room was tidy as well as the bathroom. The staff was super friendly.

Rooms were a little smaller than expected, but still a very nice hotel. They didn't offer any breakfast which was a pity, would of been nice to have an Avo on Toast or even friend eggs on Toast with a juice or coffee. They have an Indo Mart or Alpha Mart right besides the hotel. Very convenient. Still a pity that they didn't have their own breakfast offering, even a small menu, but would stay agan.
Very good location, nice boutique style hotel. Rooms were very nice but a little small I taught. Perfect for a couple of nights stay. Very good chillout hotel for relaxing, beautiful & quiet. Would recommend and I would stay there again. Great parking area for your scooter outside the hotel.

I would’ve appreciated a lot if there was possible to get breakfast in the hotel, but due to it’s convenient location there are more than plenty of options just a stone’s throw from it

Bed seemed a little hard but was not uncomfortable to wake up on. Pool doesn't have much sunning area or sun chairs to lay on.

Personally I found the location to be a little further away from 'main' Seminyak than I found ideal. But understand this might be a draw for many!
