The services in the breakfast room was very, very slow, such as lack of plates and silverware. When we requested those items to be sent to our tables, those requests were not fulfilled. Therefore, we had to make those requests over and over again.

The view and the facilities of the hotel is amazing. Agatha the front office staff is very helpful and service oriented. But when I needed one extra key for the room later that day, the front office guy Malik (hope I spell his name correctly) - he needs to be trained how to address matters in a more appropriate manner where the guests would not feel like they are to be blamed, since he told me that I would be the one responsible if emergency happened.

The front office Agatha is very helpful and customer oriented, but when I asked for xtra key with Malik afterwards (hopefully I spell his name correctly) he was not friendy at all and told me that in a way that if I insisted on having the 3rd key, and just in case any emergency happened, the hotel is not responsible anymore for that because I have that 3rd key. He needs to learn how to address the matter in a more appropriate manner so the guests would not feel like they are the one to be blamed!!

The parking lot kinda far from the lobby and it is located higher than the lobby, they have shuttle for the guest but in the peak time, this shuttle might not be enough for all the guest. This parking lot also without roof.

A very very very nice hotel, great location, very close to "Taman Safari" Zoo and a wonderful cafe named "The Lake House", friendly staff and kind management, they even upgrading my room from garden view to mountain view. The Hotel has an open air mountain view infinite pool with warm water which is very nice and comfortable for kids.

there was no fresh or smoked salmon on the sushi station and no packed fruit jam on the bread station

I like the cleanliness and the minimalist design of the room. The bed is cozy and the air con is well functioned. There is also iron board and hair dryer available in the room. last but not least, the mountain view surround the hotel is beyond amazing

Booked Premier Room with breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids via Booking.com. Was told during checkin that booking is only for 2 adults, additional payment needed for the kids breakfast. Ms Anya was the duty manager in charge, and after doing some checks and sharing the booking details, she helped to resolve the issue by offering us free breakfast for the kids. Premier room had a gread view of the mountain, but the room is smaller then expected, also the room design is a bit strange. There is only an open wardrobe, which is located inside the toilet room. I think the hotel is more suitable for couples than for families.

Stunning decor, super nice room and comfy bathroom, nice view! and everything is so picture-worthy! amazing view from the rooftop pool as well. there’s a shuttle car you can take for free to go to nearby restaurant and hotel within the same hotel complex which is very convenient.

It might good to look at the shower sink as the water can’t flow down the drain smoothly, thus creating the water to overflow. The next time we will also book the suite on the higher floor so to get the Mountain View.

It’s an amazing hotel with a beautiful view on the mountains. We booked the Junior Suite with a balcony with view on the garden. The room was clean and large enough for a family of 4 (2 young kids). We will definitely go back to the hotel.

Everything's great except the coffee shop near the lobby. I ordered hot latte and then chocolate mint cake but the cake wasn't good. Sorry. We wanted to order sandwich but out of stock and it wasn't even 8 PM yet!

I love the room, spacious enough for a couple but maybe not for a family with kids. The bathroom is great, we love the giant rain shower and it fit us both perfectly. We also love the balcony facing the garden, we can actually see and hear the fountain down in the garden. The pillows are super comfy, love it! The breakfast is superb. They have everything from Asian, Western to Indian & Chinese!

Unfortunately hallway has kind of smell and I've told the staff the next day I checked out. Our room type was junior suite located just below the Restaurant. The sound of chair and table being shifted was so disturbing.

premier location to Taman Safari , Room was super clean . When we back from dinner we found our room was cleaned again with xtra chocolate on the table . This is the only hotel that clean the room twice in 24 hours. staff very helpfull . They advise me to check in before Taman Safari as there were discount 10% for ticket Taman Safari. Love the amenities , shampo shower gel and conditioner good quality make my hair feel soft. although the conditioner pump was broken and the bottle was sealed to the wall .
