AustraliaMusty air throughout the hotel. Even the a/c in the room can’t really remove it. Car park under the building musty AND dusty. Drainage in the shower recess is poor but I have a feeling that this is common in this part of the world. Staff are friendly but lacking in administrative skills. A/c should have been on in our room when we arrived. Very hot and muggy outside.
Quiet room. Room is well equipped. Good layout. Huge comfortable bed. A/c works well.

One of the best choices to pick in Seminyak. Location is very good, rooms are clean, staff were amazing. I woulda stayed more in this place if I had time.

Personnel/stuff first klass, very friendly and helpful. Spa massage very professional and relaxing. It was a pleasure to stay there. Big pull and very good food and drinks on the rooftop. For sure i will come back here.

Excellent! I had a lovely Room near Gym and pool. The room was spacious and bathroom modern with a lovely shower. Housekeeping was excellent and very helpful helping me with orders for work and occasionally translating Indonesian messages. In fact a shout out to Agus head Housekeeping for helping me with repacking my orders. Front office staff were friendly & helpful.
