Location was amazing - so close to everything in Seminyak yet so quiet. It was also so private and wonderful. Highly recommend having a massage at the villa - we had 2 & they were both awesome!

Everything. Villa is beautiful as is the pool. Great location, close to all the excitement, but tucked away, so nice & peaceful. Staff fabulous, great breakfast, tea and turndown service.

The tap water inside bathroom and kitchen is salty cannot use for washing your mouth and for this reason they supply 2 small bottles of water in bathrooms. Toilet are very spacious but no exhaust fans for ventilation. Outside sitting area is well arranged but we experienced dry leaves dropping off the ceiling that makes it uncomfortable while keeping any open food

Location is very convenient walking distance to the beach and central market. Staff are very friendly and very helpful they always willing to help any time May need assistance. The rooms are very spacious, clean & provided with air conditioning. The swimming pool and the surroundings very nice.

Great location, easy walk to the beach and the central areas in Seminyak. Lovely place to stay, very quiet and peaceful and private . The staff are awesome, a couple of them come to your villa each morning and prepare breakfast which we really enjoyed, and they went above and beyond for me. My dumb ass left my wedding ring sitting on the sink top in the bathroom the day we left and was half way to Ubud when I realised. I rang them and they found it and one of the staff bought it to our hotel in Ubud for me when he finished work for the day. (Thanks Gusti, you’re a legend)

Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast was great, we had a variety to choose from, Balinese, continental and American. The staff were all kind of, always putting a smile on our faces, the cleanliness was exceptional, house keeping was offered every day! And a baggy to take us to nearby places whenever we requested.

There are quite a lot of mosquitoes though the housekeeping staff does a good job of keeping the mosquitoes out from the rooms during turn down service. The nightly loud music from the nearby Mexicola bar could also be a disturbance to the serenity of the villa.

Beautiful villa with well kept and healthy plants and trees around. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, as well as the kitchen, lounge and pool areas. The pool is of a good size and you can swim good laps in it. The kitchen is well equipped with bread toaster, juicer, cooking hobs, and best of all a water dispenser for hot and cold water.

Wifi did not work. Had to use my own personal data the whole way. It was really disappointing. Aircon was also not cold. Needs upgrades in order o attract more people.

It was perfect.

It was just amazing. So peaceful, so tranquil, so luxurious. The staff were all amazing - everyone had the most genuine smiles. I was just blown away.

I stayed here about 10 years back, property is starting to look a bit dated.

Love the location! Walking distance to everything in Seminyak, still really quiet considering it is fairly close to the street.

We loved everything! My only suggestion would be for some extra power points for device charging.

Great location close to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak yet super quiet when we retreated to our villa. The facilities were lovely and the staff friendly and obliging. They even drove us to lunch one day. It's a short walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants to watch the sunset. We loved the pool and comfy bed!
