We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaThe Bathrooms donot have a door so your bedroom literally extends to the WC / 🚽. Funny , but seriously disappointing as you’ll be smelling your & your partner’s ablutions everytime. Open kitchen & Pantries are ok but not Potty rooms 🙂

IndonesiaA peaceful, relaxing stay in Ubud, surrounded by green rice field, yet close to everything you would need; food, massages, barbershop, cafes with sunset view, convenient stores, you name it. Breakfast with a view, was the highlight!! The friendly service of the staff was extraordinary! We checked out and left our phone at the room and realised it 2 hours later, when we arrived in Kuta. The phone had been kept safely and the staff was very accomodating in sending the phone to us in Kuta (using delivery service). We’ll be back, no doubt!

United StatesThe location of our room was right on the main street with tourists. During our stay, it sounded like someone was trying to come into our room at early hours of the morning. The comforters were ok but could have been better. The bathroom was not well lit. Also, as an American, to ask us to not flush toilet paper was unheard of. It was not a great experience.
The staff was friendly. The views from the balcony were great.

Great hotel! Especially the room where we stayed first (we came twice to this hotel) which was in the corner in the ground floor. Room is new and beautiful. It is cleaned very well every day. I would highlight this moment - it was cleaned really good! Breakfast has varieties but I would add more fruits and more international dishes but in general it was good. Location is amazing! We were going to yoga barn, it is just 5 mins walk from it. And it is quiet once you are inside. Staff is super friendly and kind.
