Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Some towels were old, broken and smelly. Water pressure in bathroom was little bit low. Bathroom was little bit dark, need more lighting.
Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was simple and good. Wraps in the hotel restaurant was tasty. Location in downtown. Rooms in quiet inner ward, didn’t here traffic noise. Staff was nice. Good value for money.

The AC not function well but lucky they provide fan.

Nice reception lady which shared some useful information about tickets for the boat to Karimunjawa. We arrived late because of our train connection, but still they made a dinner for us, which was really nice. We cannot go to the city to find sth. We had to have early breakfast because of the boat and also no problem for the stuff. We also saw a gecho, so our stay was completed :-)

The room was really spacious and the shower had really good water pressure. They offer continental breakfast and the staff waited for us till quite late at night for our check-in!

The cleanliness could be improved. We stayed a few days there and in our room you can see dust collection in the room roof which looked like spider house. Also one of our nightlamps socket was broken so could not use it.
1. The location is great, in the city, so you can always find the transportation (grab) easily or walk around the city. 2. Good breakfast, good resto. 3. Friendly staff.

In the restaurant there is a non smoking sign, but when the staff wants to smoke, they remove it and start smoking without problem.... :(
Very peaceful, you don't hear the restaurant, you can get a good night sleep. Spacious rooms, clean, comfy, nice breakfast

The property was lovely . It was further to the harbour than we expected though , a 25-30 minute walk .
The bedrooms are large and comfortable . Nice breakfast provided with plenty of choices .

Management were very efficient and uncomplicated, they helped us to organise a driver from Semarang to Jepara, and then the ferry from Jepara to Karimunjawa. Super helpful - thank you very much!

Communication with the hostess was very easy. They helped us a lot wherever we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and there are many options to choose. We want to emphasize hospitality and kindness. The breakfast was awesome for the room price... we loved it complete and tasty for breakfast. We just stay for a night to catch boat to Karimunjawa, we arrived in hotel at 2.am in the morning... the staff still waiting for us. The room was spacious and clean... Perfect, we will stay here again while in Jepara.
