Beautiful Hotel, starting from the reception area all the way through common areas and the room was perfectly maintained, well decorated and clean. The pool of the hotel is the highlight of my whole stay at the Ava Ubud, surrounded by a beautiful garden I felt embedded by the balinese atmosphere.

Although the breakfast was fine, I think there is a space for making it even better - for example, cheese platter available and cappuccino included in breakfast set.

Amenities and clienelines were very good, everything matched the description. The staff was super-friendly and ready to help 24/7. Very nice pool too.

Even though it’s close to Ubud center, you can only get there via the Main Street, which is always very busy with lots of traffic.

We had a lovely stay here! The pool is beautiful and we had a room with balcony overlooking the pool area. The restaurant serves the best food! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, it was al very good! And the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Live band was a bit loud and close to our room, if you are trying to sleep early some nights it can get annoying. Also the restaurant food was average.

The pool and the staff were very welcoming. They even suprised me with a a birthday dessert and sang me happy birthday. Also the buffet breakfast was great value, enjoyed it every morning.

My room was in the first floor, very close to the breakfast area so if you’re sensitive with the noises it’s hard to sleep when the breakfast starts.

Breakfast buffet could do with a little more variety.. to be honest we weren’t a big fan of the food offered at the restaurant.

Walls are thin, be prepared with earplugs; this did not cause any issues in relaxing for us though, we slept very well.

Beautiful new property, with superbly welcoming & attentive staff. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing pool & spa area next to its main dining restaurant, both enclosed by the hotel building. Its other restaurant called Clover Cafe facing the street is also nice.

Pool suites don't really have that much privacy because the pool is on the first floor and the neighboring floors can see what you're doing from the balcony

Overall very nice and impressed with my first trip to Bali. The room was a good size and the pool suite had a checkroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and the overall environment was very nice. There are very many good restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance.

Light switches not properly installed (e.g. you had to switch on something near the bed to turn on lights near the door and vice versa). Some issues with the TV and also moist smell in the first room were resolved by the friendly staff.

It was clean and modern. Staff was incredibly friendly and they immediately resolved several small issues without questioning - especially Tari from the restaurant was always a pleasure to meet, any hotel would be lucky to have a team like that.

Staff, location (just 1km to Ubud center but by taxi can take 30mins too, so scooter it's the best thing!) and the facilities were very good. For any needing the receptionists are super helpful and even last minute can sort your needs out. Being our honeymoon they welcomed us with very nice set up in the room!!! Definitely Recommended

Our stay at Hava Ubud was nothing short of exceptional and incredibly relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Krishna from the staff went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay, ensuring that every need was met with a smile and promptness. The overall atmosphere was perfect for unwinding. Every corner of the hotel exuded a sense of calm, making it the ideal getaway. After checking out, we traveled to another city, but it didn't take long for us to realize how much we missed this place. The villa we booked in the other city was not clean at all, and it made us appreciate our time at this hotel even more. We decided to come back immediately, craving the comfort and peace we found here. If you're looking for a place to truly relax and be treated exceptionally well, this hotel is the perfect choice. Breakfast was nothing special so if I stay again I wouldn’t include breakfast. Limited choice and hot food was only warm. Extra cost if you order a tea or coffee other than black. Two evening meals were disappointing with undercooked prawns one night.

Great location and an easy walk to shops and cafes. Fabulous pool and water temperature. Comfortable room and nice bathroom. Gym was small but a nice space to exercise in. Staff were friendly.

The walls were a little thin so we could hear a baby in the room next to us for some of the night.

This is absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We came here for three nights as part of our honeymoon and we were made to feel so special. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony which over looked the pool and rose petals were in our bath on arrival. Our beds were turned down each night and we had homemade delicious biscuits before bed. The pool was amazing and the breakfast fantastic - so much choice and eggs were made fresh. The afternoon tea each afternoon and the free 15-min massage was a great touch. We also joined the Indonesian cooking class; one of the highlights of our stay! The chefs took this very seriously and showed us how to do everything just right. We then ate a four course meal we had just prepared and the price was very reasonable. Just down the road, there is also a lovely yoga centre. Town is 15 mins away on a grab / Gojek scooter.

The rooms on the second floor is with poor quality sound proof. We were hearing the neighbors every evening talking as they were in our room.

There was green algae on the sides of the pool and on the floating bean bags but otherwise clean pool.

We recieved a room on the ground floor and it was rather humid in the room, so I would recommend equipping the rooms with dehumidifiers.

The hotel is very new, so the facilities look very nice. The staff is very nice and friendly, helpful with anything the guests may require. The breakfast was great every day with plenty of choices. The location is great with plenty of food choices nearby.

Nothing we didn't like as per say, just that it was at the higher end of our budget for a one night stay. However, the facilities are luxury!

The staff were so lovely. The room was perfect - comfiest pillows ever!! The pool area is really stunning. Breakfast was good, and we got some lunch too which was yum. We stayed one night to celebrate my birthday and the special touches were really sweet, and really appreciated. In a good location, near to Ubud Centre also. Would definitely stay again.
