There was some network issues with the TV, which could not be fixed. Might be a problem with the provider and not the stay. Rest everything was amazing.

Just an amazing, cozy and quiet place right in the middle of the bustling city. The facilities are top notch, so are the staff. Ubud Market is walkable from this hotel and lot of options close to this property. The staff is very supportive and provides you the right service. The Spa is also awesome and they also have a gym if you want to do your workout.

Some flowers on the bed were nice to look at but was not fresh Wish they would show their policies when booking that you have to agree with to stay here such as no durian, no food delivery... It wasnt a big deal for me but it would be good to know in advance. I didnt feel that comfortable walking to the centre from here due to the traffic but they do offer a shuttle at certain intervals

A slight smell on way from reception to spa. Mentioned it to staff at reception. Perhaps a fan at reception as it’s very warm generally.

They have a very musty smell in the rooms - this is the only problem they have in my opinion. I believe it is caused by their air conditioning units which collects water and create molds hence the smell (I did have an air conditioning problem on my previous visit at this property which was resolved!)

Breakfast selection was excellent - all staff was very attentive and friendly. The Spa is very nice and the therapists are well trained.

Perhaps a little more of an intro as to what the room rate includes (and what the daily afternoon tea was as we didn’t receive it). Information about Room Service and the Spa in the rooms would be good. A few more fries with the burger/side order if we’re being really picky too. Other than that nothing we can fault at all.

Peaceful and calm place to relax with our one year old baby girl. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms, comfy beds (a cot with mosquito net for our baby too) delicious food and great selection of drinks. The outdoors area is just as it looks on the pics, lovely big pool and comfy sun loungers. It’s was our first time in Bali and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Close to the centre of Ubud (10mins in a Grab, 15mins if peak traffic hour) and plenty of great restaurants and Cafes within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel too. We had the most wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back in a few months time! :)

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we got there, we knew we wanted to extend our stay, and we ended up staying an extra 3 nights. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, and we loved the pool area. All of the staff were lovely, and super helpful and attentive. We hope we can stay again in the future!

Had some difficulties contacting the hotel directly through the Booking.com site. For instance I was informed the gym and spa were not built yet! Both exist and look good. Staff are not always well informed about tours and trips in Bali and maybe need some more information on these.

The staff were hard working, helpful and incredibly friendly. Everyone smiled, the restaurant staff were very accomodating. The reception staff including Rai, Khrisna and Tini were always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent - particularly the Indonesian breakfast either Nasi Goreng or Nasi Jinggo. The fruit was plentiful and fresh. Everything is cooked fresh. Beautiful breakfast site beside the pool with lush, green vegetation. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The cleaning was efficient and thorough. My wife tried some massages in the spa and said they were very relaxing and made her skin glow. The shuttle service was also very efficient and always on-time. Great location with many restaurants nearby and it is walkable into Ubud.

The Hava Ubud is truly exceptional. It’s brand new with lovely facilities, kind staff and a beautiful calm ambience. The spa was also excellent. We particularly enjoyed a cooking class they arranged for us on site with one of the restaurant chefs. It was great fun and well set up. Possibly favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and very reasonably priced. The Balinese and Indonesian style breakfasts were also very good (we preferred these to their western breakfasts).

The room was amazing for the beginning of the holidays. It was regularly cleaned, water was supplied, blackout curtains did their job in the morning while we were fighting with jetlag, bath tub to relax after massage, air conditioning on hot days, the view to the pool, afternoon tea with deserts, amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommend

Food was passable but not amazing.

Beautiful big room, so clean and comfortable, block out curtains and fabulous bed made our sleep so dreamy. Nice touches with the turn down and delicious biscuits. Beautiful pool and attentive staff. Good gym and spa. Shuttle service into town was helpful. Would definitely recommend.
