A very nice hotel that we would recommend. We chose a spacious 120m2 room that had a large balcony with a sea view. The staff was always very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was also very good. However, the hotel could benefit from upgrading their amenities, including the towels, both in the rooms and at the pool. The gym was extremely limited, and the a la carte food was at times disappointing.

A couple of things in the room were a bit 'tired' the door in the bathroom didn't close properly due to the wood on the top of the door being split - the same with the door to the pool access. We were charged for a 'missing coat hanger' - we have no idea when/where it went missing. HOWEVER - none of the above would stop us from returning. We would highly recommend staying here.

The location was good for us. The staff were so lovely. The hotel was clean. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good - actually, all of the food was good. There was entertainment on certain nights in the restaurant too. The afternoon tea package was a great daily treat. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The aircon in the room was nice and cold. The bathtub was amazing & came with bath salts!! Scooter hire at the hotel made it very convenient. Airport transfers included was a bonus for our trip home.

I miss sauna, hot and cold plunge pool, but hey, perhaps I am asking too much here. The restaurant is good, but perhaps I would reduce the menu and upgrade the food offerings with more contemporary food.

Room were excellent, staff is outstandingly friendly, pools are great and location is perfect if you like to go for a surf as well. There's also great restaurants nearby.

There was nothing to dislike. Any negative comments would be totally nitpicking and unfair and more a reflection on the guest rather than the hotel.

It was beautifully positioned on the beach allowing us to see the sea and walk along the beach. The rooms were spacious, the bed was huge and the bathroom was amazing with a free standing tub and walk in shower. The swimming pool was fabulous and the breakfast gave us a huge choice as well as an al a carte option.

My and my wife stayed at this amazing hotel for 3 nights during our honeymoon in Bali and it was probably the best accommodation! It’s worthy to get the room with a pool access, so convenient. The staff was everyone so polite and kind and helpful. We loved it

Restaurants are not nearby, also not a huge selection of restaurants. Happy hour should start earlier and like the hotel next door, where we went they had but one cocktail get one free, PLUS buy one pizza get one free!!!

Access to the beach is only a few steps away. Walking distance to Finns and Atlas beach clubs, you cannot hear the music at all from the resort, the beach clubs are interesting to check out. Staff are very friendly and accommodating

I guess we should all know, but it would be good to label taps as 'not suitable for drinking' (we assumed, as it's Bali, but some places have filtered water, and it's good to have a reminder when you arrive jet-lagged and out of it. And a couple more bottles of water and coffee capsules in the room.

Big comfortable room. Everything worked (OK, an iron didn't but it was quickly replaced.) Service quick, sympathetic but not intrusive. Good cocktails. A few nice freebies. I arrived for breakfast (after a workout) at 1130, well past finish time, and they made me juice and coffee and offered to make an omelet.

When we were checking in - we arrived around 1.5 hours early and were told we would be checked in soon - we ended up waiting the 1.5 hours plus more time and other guests (that arrived after us) were checked in prior to us. Was not a good start - there was an apology but I don't think the person understood why we were confused and annoyed.

There was a family with several kids right above us. Not sure if the kids were extra active or there is a soundproofing issue but it was very noisy during thr day.

We stayed in 5 different hotels in Bali during our trip. By far, this is our favorite hotel. We stayed in a suite with a partial ocean view. The room was spacious and absolutely gorgeous! Finished in modern design with Balienese accents. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well organized. The service was impeccable, it felt like the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Location is very central, close to shops, restaurants, Finns and Atlas beach clubs. There is a shuttle to Finns at the next door hotel, every 20 min. If we are ever back in Canggu, we'd definitely come back to this hotel.
