The staff took care of everything and treated us like family. Our heavy luggage was carried down the steps to our room. Two staff members allowed us to check in late staying 2 hours after our unexpected late arrival. Breakfast was delivered every day to our outdoor table with a smile. Tours were arranged, extra kitchen items, daily cleaning for our one month stay. We swam in the beautiful pool frequently. A relaxing, quiet environment.

The property was a great overall vibe, definitely a hidden gem. The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet and the staff were very friendly. This property was a one stop shop, they offered a great food menu, 4 complimentary water bottles and a stocked mini fridge at extra cost. They also offered scooter rental and massage therapists who came straight to your room.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room, the amazing views and the serenity of the place. The breakfasts each morning were lovely too. Would definitely stay here again.

AC was not sufficient for such a big room.. most of the time it was kind of warm inspite AC was never turned off.

There are many stairs but if that doesn’t bother you then there is nothing at all to complain about! It was fabulous :)

The lizards and frogs were coming inside if you left the doors open.

The staff was very pleasant, I recommend to everyone this place, the booking pictures are real, it's not a scam. The view from the pool is very luxuriant. Everytime I texted the staff through WhatsApp they were very responsive.

Location too far from city centre and since it is jungle view expect many insects and lizards wandering everywhere. Bathrooms were open so bit awkward but overall very good.

A suggestion for the owners, it would be convenient to have a towel hunger next to the washing bassin.

A very quiet place with magnificent view on tropical forest. No disturbance from city noise, All necessities were available, cleaning and towel change every day. I liked the big table on the terrasse, which allowed to work and to eat. Small swimming pool is also clean and conveniently located. I really appreciated a strong WiFi signal; the Internet was available 95% of the time.

It's a bit far from the city center, but that makes it quieter, and you'll definitely need a scooter to explore all the beauty of the area. They can help you with renting a scooter.

The staff is very attentive to the needs of the guests, the facilities at the property are great, the rooms look good, just like in the photos, and the pool is amazing. We thank them for an incredible stay.

Almost nothing. But just to mention that there are inevitably mosquitoes and lizards inside and outside the room as it is directly next to jungle forest. For those who mind insects, it might not be a good idea. But if you are a jungle lover, this should be something you need to overcome.

Room is huge. It has a outdoor dining area with nice jungle view. Very nice breakfast served directly to your room. The pool itself is so nice, comparable to any other club house that is popular among tourists. You can take nice photos in the pool.

They have only 5 fixed options for breakfast. More options on the menu would be wonderful.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We used to communicate via what's app to ask or order anything. We loved the private cottage with its private swimming pool. The view was great, and the location was very peaceful. I highly recommend it.

This place was SO much better than the pictures, it had everything we needed and was so clean. The location was just far enough outside of Ubud centre that we were able to avoid things being too touristy but still able to get to town easily. Such beautiful service as well, the staff were so accomodating and responsive. The pool was super clean and the views of the jungle we had on our terrace were breathtaking. The bathroom was stunning also and had an opening in the roof to the sky where light would pour in during the day. I’m celiac and the staff easily catered to my dietary requirements. Overall this place really felt like our own tropical paradise and it’s definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.
