breakfast wasn't served buffet style (because they said there were only 3 rooms occupied that morning). our hot water was okay on the first night but the next morning it didn't work. We didn't call housekeeping because we are checking out that day. hope they fix it.

It was too far from places to eat. It was on a busy road and most places nearby were on the other side of the road, but this road was a challenge to cross.

Restaurant menue could be improved.

Rooms are very spacious and with a balcony. Breakfast was good and sumptuous. The location of the restaurant is alongside the pool, which is very good. Hotel is centrally located.

The hotel is quiet old but the room is huge, clear and comfortable. I got a price of Rp 550,000 including breakfast for 2 person. With this price, there's nothing to complain about. I am satisfied with the service, the breakfast also has many variations. Overall I am satisfied and will come back here.

- We come after 2 pm but we still have to wait more than 30 minutes for the room to be ready - one of the restaurant staff for breakfast was very rude, she insist that we exceeding the number of people and after we clarify and she is proven wrong, she didnt even say sorry/apology

We love all the outdoor facility, more than one pools and great area for exercise, the garden also beautiful. There are also kid’s bicycle to play with for free, kids are so happy

The cleanliness and staff attitude are superb! this actually an old hotel, yet their service is above expectation. Room cleanliness made our day (super clean. I have informed them that my kids are allergic to dust and they did clean the room thoroughly). The staff even open their shoes when they made up the extra bed. We also love the welcome cake and complete breakfast (although we had breakfast at 9.40 am). All staffs are polite and informative.

Very less breakfast option for vegans. The property stilll have old fashioned chairs, table which makes sound if you sit or keep something on them.
