The food at the restaurant was average and small portions!

The resort was beautiful & the staff were very friendly. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable too. They also went the extra mile and decorated the room for my birthday and gave me a slice of cake! Also close by is sacred rice, which was a fantastic restaurant!

Found a hair and a bit of egg shell in my food. Ate it anyway because it was so delicious.

Beautiful location in a village near to Ubud and lovely interior decor in the bedroom/bathroom. The spa was lovely too. The pool was very clean and perfect temperature. The staff were so helpful and kind. The dinner was delicious with great options and 3 courses for a good price.

Only thing where there’s room for improvement is the breakfast. It’s was quite basic for Europeans like us but it was still ok.

All in all we had a wonderful stay. Initially we have booked a room by the pool but due to the high humidity and missing windows in the bathroom, the room gets quite wet and smelled bad. But the staff did everything to make our stay memorable and we were able to get a room upgrade. We even extended our stay for 1 more night because we loved it so much. Keep in mind you are in the middle of the jungle and there are insects and geckos around but even though, we didn’t have a single mosquito in our room. They do a great job to keep mosquitos away from the resort.

I was aware it was a distance from the airport but just be mindful of traffic congestion and give yourself plenty of time. The only thing that I didn't like about the more basic rooms was no mini bar option or provision to request one.

Stunning tranquil setting that was instantly relaxing. Located off any main roads it really was a peaceful place and an easy walk to restaurants, Titi Batu Ubud club, day spas and retreats. The staff were very helpful and welcoming making the stay enjoyable. It was no problem to organise trips out and although the cooking class wasn't available at the time of my stay they organised another option which was brilliant. Highly recommend for solo travellers, couples. Gardens were stunning by the pool with butterflies everywhere

Nothing! If I am coming back to Ubud, I’ll book there again.

Clean, well maintained, lovely staff, relaxing. The room (garden view) was spacious with a large and comfy bed. The area is quiet, yet about 20 min from the centre of Ubud - which is what we wanted, as we wanted to be away from city noises while still be close to it. The wifi was good enough to have zoom calls. Buffet breakfast & the restaurant food was yummy. I also got 2 pregnancy massages at their spa - the therapist was amazing!

Stairs to climb if your room is upstairs. Because of lot of greeneries there can be lizards. Food quantity for mei goreng & nasi Goreng is less compared to the price. Stairs to climb for restaurant access. Quite far from nearby markets. Room tariffs are on the higher side. Universal adaptor required for mobile charging. Drinking water needs to be self-served from reception. No room service for drinking water.

My wife and I spent 5 days at this wonderful boutique hotel hidden away from the main hustle and bustle that is Ubud. Our room, overlooking the divine pool, which is surrounded by a jungle setting, was spacious, super clean, cold, warm and hot water available at any time, and had the most comfortable mattress which must have been about 30cm thick. We slept like angels. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We got them to pick us up from the airport so we did not need to worry about that. Price was very reasonable. Just behind the hotel there is a massive rice field. No need to pay someone to drive you to see one. Through the hotel we rented a scooter (£5 a day) for a few days to just drive around and explore the area. It was super easy. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. We had such a good time.

TV was not working and there was a leakage in the bathroom. Dinner options on half-board is limited.

Bed was super comfy and the staff was very nice. We got breakfast in our room without extra charge. And the massage was amazing. They always do the extra mile to serve you better.
