I had a great time for 3 days and 2 nights. The food was delicious, the massage was good, and the yoga class was a great experience. The staff was so friendly and I was impressed to see them actively help me if I had any problem. I especially appreciate Adi for solving the problem for me when I got into trouble with the taxi driver I booked on the last day of my departure.

Our stay at The Kayon Jungle Resort was nothing short of extraordinary. Every detail was flawless – from the impeccable cleanliness to the exceptional services provided. The staff were truly magnificent, with special thanks to Sang, who went above and beyond to make every moment unforgettable. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible effort made to celebrate my husband's birthday. The room was beautifully decorated, and the celebration included a delicious cake and heartfelt festivities. It was a memory we will cherish forever. If you are looking for a perfect getaway surrounded by breathtaking nature and outstanding hospitality, The Kayon Jungle Resort is the place to be. Highly recommended!

I have only the good things to talk about Kayon Jungle resort. The staff were very friendly, they helped us out of the car with umbrella and everything. We had to leave for tour so we left bags with no issues. Tour reception Sang was very welcoming and informative. She’s very good and speaks well too. I also used the spa Suraya spa facility, it was worth it, the Jaccuzi, Sauna, steam, full body massage.

This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Septi and Dewa were so accomodating, drove us in the buggy everywhere and made us feel so at home, I loved it here!

Because it’s out the way. It takes a while to get into the town. There isn’t much entertainment or things to do in the resort. They charge for everything and it is pricey

We felt that the food in the restaurant could have been slightly better considering the price of the hotel. Also felt like there could have been more of a "vibe" in the evening - would suggest going into Ubud town at night if you are looking for that.

Stunning hotel in the heart of the jungle - has the "wow" factor. The staff were amazing, super friendly - big shoutout to Kris and Risky in particular! The pools in the main area are amazing with some great views over the local area. Room was big and had everything you need. We appreciated the free shuttle to/from Ubud that the hotel offers. The complimentary sunrise yoga with Andi was an amazing experience - would highly recommend!

Based on the price, the buffet food at dinner place can be better if there are more options.

The atmosphere was super nice. The service from the staff was so good that beyond the expectation! They gave us free upgrade to private villa with warm pool which we're very appreciated.
