Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The host was amazingly sweet and good at communicating! The rooms were simple, but very comfortable and the location is great at the center of Ubud, but still a little hidden away.

Everything about the Kertha was exceptional. Amazing, kind host. Happily held our bags before check in and after checkout. Central location. Close to everything but far enough off the street that it was very quiet. Included homemade breakfast delivered to your room by the host. Free parking. Spotlessly clean. Terrace attached to the room. Look no further for a place to stay in Ubud.

The breakfast was wonderful and brought on time. It was very clean and comfortable, and we were very pleased with the location, which is close to many sites. I was surprised at how quiet it was for how central the location is on Jalan Monkey Forest. It was perfect for our quick two nights during our honeymoon, we would definitely stay here again.

RomaniaThe door was from wood and when it was windy could open a bit, but nothing too scarry/to worry. Its Bali, we had some small visitators but not so much as in other places. Was awesome.
Host was amazing. Location is amazing. Close to anything that you want. Breakfast was really good as well, we ate everyday on the balcony. Be careful though, is close to Monkey Forest and some monkey friends may appear. We didn't had any problems. The place overall is a safe choice and the host will help with anything needed. Choose to stay local and support small businesses ✌️

United KingdomOnly 1 bottle of water per person on arrival not everyday when room is cleaned, breakfast was tasty although limited selection, pancakes or eggs and toast, but a great fruit and drink selection available. Very leaky air conditioning on our stay but host is going to get this sorted when we left (may need service).
Nanie the perfect host and very helpful went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as possible. Very clean room, nice modern bathroom, big balcony with breakfast brought to balcony at a time convenient to us. Ideal location, close to central Ubud with tour operators right outside for day trips.

So the pool and restaurant are part of the hotel not were we where staying our breakfast was served on our balcony, which was not a problem, but the price should have reflected that!
Great location walk to everything, lots of restaurants, even though it was the centre of town, it was quiet when you got to your room!
