There was unfortunately a little noise from the surrounding bars that had live music til 23:30ish every night

The host was amazingly sweet and good at communicating! The rooms were simple, but very comfortable and the location is great at the center of Ubud, but still a little hidden away.

The Internet had weak security, so my husband could not work there. For normal use is fine.

Our stay was very comfortable. Nanie took care of us and made our stay pleasant. Every day we have fresh breakfast made by her 🙂 location of the place is excellent, we are in city center but it was very quiet. Thank you for being our host!

I had wonderful stay in Kertha. The host Nanie is very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and spacious and the location was perfect to roam around. If I visit Ubud area I will definitely stay here again :)

I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything about the Kertha was exceptional. Amazing, kind host. Happily held our bags before check in and after checkout. Central location. Close to everything but far enough off the street that it was very quiet. Included homemade breakfast delivered to your room by the host. Free parking. Spotlessly clean. Terrace attached to the room. Look no further for a place to stay in Ubud.

The only note I have is that the lighting was dark in the bathroom, easy fix though.

The breakfast was wonderful and brought on time. It was very clean and comfortable, and we were very pleased with the location, which is close to many sites. I was surprised at how quiet it was for how central the location is on Jalan Monkey Forest. It was perfect for our quick two nights during our honeymoon, we would definitely stay here again.

The door was from wood and when it was windy could open a bit, but nothing too scarry/to worry. Its Bali, we had some small visitators but not so much as in other places. Was awesome.

Host was amazing. Location is amazing. Close to anything that you want. Breakfast was really good as well, we ate everyday on the balcony. Be careful though, is close to Monkey Forest and some monkey friends may appear. We didn't had any problems. The place overall is a safe choice and the host will help with anything needed. Choose to stay local and support small businesses ✌️

Maybe better if we have some “wall” or shower curtain so the floor on the toilet will not get wet/slippery after the shower.

Very convenient location, very kind host Nanie, quiet at night even though it’s just in the Ubud downtown. Also a bus stop just in the front coming from Monkey Forest and heading to Ubud palace and even east.

Good position in one of the main streets of Ubud in a quiet area. Breakfast can choose between Omelette and Pancake and fruits and it's served into the room by Nanie, very friendly host. The room is pretty big and clean.

Only 1 bottle of water per person on arrival not everyday when room is cleaned, breakfast was tasty although limited selection, pancakes or eggs and toast, but a great fruit and drink selection available. Very leaky air conditioning on our stay but host is going to get this sorted when we left (may need service).

Nanie the perfect host and very helpful went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as possible. Very clean room, nice modern bathroom, big balcony with breakfast brought to balcony at a time convenient to us. Ideal location, close to central Ubud with tour operators right outside for day trips.

It was confusing where we were staying there are two rooms slightly separate from the main building, which is a different family member! So the pool and restaurant are part of the hotel not were we where staying our breakfast was served on our balcony, which was not a problem, but the price should have reflected that!

Great location walk to everything, lots of restaurants, even though it was the centre of town, it was quiet when you got to your room!

Would not be so convenient if taking a heavy suitcase since there is no elevator, but no a issue if the suitcase is not heavy
