The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, they smelt, there were old hairbrushes on the floor, the floors stayed dirty and the water kept turning off. The pool was full of dead bugs.

Staff is amazing and super nice however it’s not the most clean and although it is the jungle geckos occupy your room 24/7 and even wake you up at night with a scream.

Bathroom was okay, but could have been made more big / comfy. Always some bad smell coming from this place. Minimal room for clothes. Restaurant could be enhanced. Food is basic. While we were 2 for lunch, waited 35 minutes for being served.

Nice place. Very nature, very green everywhere. Peaceful. Rooms were rather big. Beds very big : twice 2 simple beds, so very comfy. A/C worked okay. Swimming pool was big enough and very pleasant, specially as from mid afternoon. Staff was kind and helpful, but not very at ease in English.

This hotel provided a terrible experience. The staff could not speak English, making communication difficult. There was no water in the bathroom, the WiFi was unreliable, the breakfast options were limited, and there was a three-hour power outage during the night. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

We had a colony of ants in our rooms as there is poor insulation under the doors in the rooms. Roughly 100 ants came into our room during the 1 night we stayed.

We would not recommend room 7 as a water tank is just behind it and it was making the same noise as when you go to the dentist everytime someone in our room or other rooms were using watee (or something else triggers it but the noie is really annoying). The rooms are absolutely not sound proof, we had loud neighbors and we could hear everything they said even when they were in the pool. And at last, at 5am, and for one hour, we could hear someone on loud speaker singing and then taking. According to the guy at the reception it was a village’s ceremony… Lucky us 😅

the view is great and all the whole place looks really nice. The reception guy was always smiling ans always helpful. For the price woe would still recommend it but there are a few things to know before booking.

the staff barely speak English can be quite challenging if you need anything. I was outside when they came to clean the room basically all the did was to mop the floor and to make the bed. they didn’t clean the glasses or the bathroom or even take the towels on the floor to be changed. location wise is quite far from everything, nothing really around. funny that on the website they offer a gym which is not finished lol

I didn’t like anything in the property. staff was rude, rooms were not clean, hygiene issues

it is one of the worst property, please don’t fall into the trap after looking at the pictures. they are not ready to take any requests, rooms were very dirty, staff can’t speak English. I asked them to give me hand wash and the reply I got that we don’t provide hand wash. Rooms has very small insects and pretty bad smell. I was there for 2 nights but it was a big mistake.

The bathroom was not really cleaned by the previous guest. The guys at the resort are nice, but their English was rather modest as well as their experience in tourism.

The complex is very beautiful and large. The breakfast was delicious. The moped rental also went without a hitch.

The staff was friendly but they couldn't speak any English which made communication really difficult. Also card payment is not available! In general one had the feeling that the establishment was new and therefore the management was uncoordinated. Breakfast was okay but you should plan in some time as it takes quite a long while...

The bungalow was big and the bed comfortable! Location is also good for excursions!

No good communication with the staff. The bungalow wasn't very clean. 5 days towels and bed linen haven't been changed!!! No extra toilet paper - if finish - go and buy yourself or wait for next day. Bad management! For breakfast if there are more than 2 tables you have to wait more than 40 min. Only few dishes in the menu for lunch and dinner. But tasty :) The property is on a hill and need to climb to the room.

Nice rooms with everything what you need. Big swimming pool. Coffee and water in the room on arrival.
