Everything! Beautiful hotel, spotless, quiet and best if all the staff! They are so lovely and will do anything to help you and make you happy. They also all knew my name and used it my whole stay, which was a lovely touch. Lots of other great touches that made me stay perfect: free water, sunscreen and bugspray, cold water filled every day and put in room fridge and laundry bag in room.

The most amazing hotel I've ever stayed in - Koho Air on Gili Air! My family and friends were absolutely blown away by how awesome this place was! From the moment we arrived, the staff was like family, so kind and helpful with everything. They made us feel so welcome, and that kind of hospitality is just priceless. 🙏 The rooms were so beautifully decorated and well maintained, it was like we were staying in a tropical paradise. And don't even get me started on the pool, sunbeds, and lounge areas - they were all so clean and gorgeous! The bar was also amazing, with the coolest vibe and the staff were always making sure everything was perfect. There were nine of us in total, and we all had our 4 rooms, and everyone was just so happy with everything. Koho Air really raised the bar for hotels, and we're all already talking about going back just to stay there again! Thank you so so so much 🙏

Maybe the WiFi could be a bit improved in certain areas, but it was working fine upstairs in the restaurant. And yes, you hear the mosque but wherever you book on any of the Gili’s, it will be the same :)

Absolutely everything! It is exactly like shown on the photos, no bad surprises, no mold, no weird smell. We slept really good, bathroom was working and even though it’s half open, there were no insects or any animals coming in. Room has been cleaned every day, water filled constantly, breakfast and overall food was really good in the restaurant. Place is super clean, and the staff.. Wow! Not pushy, no fake smiles, super polite, friendly, helpful. Big respect for every single one of you, you’re doing amazing job (Anto & Merwan were our favorites :) I can only recommend this place :)

The facility is beautiful and stylish. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. But the best part was the staff, especially at the bar. Really great people. They helped us a lot when we were not feeling so well. Thanks to the team for the pleasant stay. Always again and only recommend!

Staff was friendly and professional. They called us by name throughout the stay and made our stay very welcoming. Location was great, near by the port but it was quiet as the hotel was one street off from the main road.

Wifi was a bit unreliable but good enough.

Hotel is super comfortable and relaxing. I could sit by the pool all day and soak up the sun. Hotel staff were super friendly and all knew you by name. Great breakfast in the mornings. Convenient location (short walk from the harbour).

The breakfast was beautiful. Healthy options, fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive while being respectful of privacy. The poolside is relaxing and quiet. The rooms are super comfortable with excellent facilities and the location is absolutely perfect. Central to everything! We loved Koho Air and will be back!

Not strictly a criticism or deal breaker but would be great to see a few more vegan / veggie options on the menu. The food looked (and smelled) great, so was a shame we had to go elsewhere on the island.

Location, lovely staff who remember your name, hotel design / aesthetic, room cleanliness, well-maintained bikes... everything was just perfect and we wished we didn't have to go home. Without any doubt, we'll be back!

KoHo hotel is a beautiful property with lovely staff and breakfast. The pool and surrounding areas were beautiful and the espresso martinis were delicious.

such a find! gorgeous place to stay a real gem find on the island. rooms were so clean and smelt amazing. beds comfortable and quite at night. the staff were so lovely and helpful. a really nice chill out areas around the big pool. would 100% stay again and would recommend.

Staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful, especially Marwan, Ya-ya and Reifi. Rooms were clean and beautifully presented with flowers and room freshener spray every day. Pool area and bar is very nice with great food. Bike rental and laundry available on site meant no hassle. 10/10 would of stayed longer if possible.

We liked absolutely everything about this hotel! It is a gem, just 150m from the beach and yet totally secluded and quiet. The place is beautiful and has a sense of calm and peace. The rooms were so clean and tastefully decorated. We loved the look and feel of this place, the staff was amazingly welcoming and yet very discreet, and breakfast was delicious! Bear in mind that a lot of hotels in the Gili islands have suffered immensely from COVID. A lot of hotels have gone bust and the ones that have stayed open are struggling. But Koko Air has not only survived, it has managed to keep everything immaculate. It's a small paradise on earth!

The open bathroom was a bit uncomfortable + there are some bugs because of it, but I know a lot of hotels have it in Lombok. TV in the room would have been nice.

Beautiful hotel, with a good location near the harbour. Bike rental available. The staff was suuuper friendly and approachable!
