Great location, easy walk to restaurants and bars. Staff were fantastic and the service could not be faulted. Only one thing would be the shower doesn't drain fast enough and it sometimes pools water in the bathroom, but that did not take away from how amazing my stay was. Beds were comfy. Room cleaned daily. Staff even dropped off Jenga and Uno games. Would highly recommend

Nothing to fault, maybe mosquitoes in the rooms but probably due to end of rainy monsoonal season and us leaving the doors open sometimes. The older villas are bigger but is getting a bit dated compared to the fresh new smaller villas.

Everything, staff were very nice and even let us try their newer rooms before moving us to their older style villas which we liked. They were very accommodating and would definitely come back again.

Everything, really lovely place, very spacious, was as advertised. Staff very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. My husband also loved feeding the fish everyday with the food the cleaners left him.

I think it would be nice to have at least one white light in the room / toilet so it is easier for ladies to do makeup when it is dark. It would also be good to have one dustin in the bedroom in addition to the one in the toilet. The wifi and ventilation vent in the toilet needs to be improved. The iron and hair dryer also need some updating.

It is a modern and spacious villa. The villa looks fairly new and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was dirty after one night of rain and the staff, Mr Artana, did a good job in cleaning up the pool so that we could use the pool in comfort. The receptionist, Ms Dea, was also very helpful in giving us advice on how to get around the area. We had a very nice and comfortable stay.

Amazing staff, so friendly. The villa was exceptional. To have two areas we could use that were fully air-conditioned was fantastic. The pool was well used. Short walk to restaurants and day spas. We loved our stay!

The only thing they could improve is sometimes the internet in Villa 11 would drop in and out sometimes.

The staff at Kon’s villa were fantastic. They were always friendly and quick to come say hello. The rooms were beautiful and having it split into two different areas - kitchen/living and bedroom/bathroom was great for us travelling with a young child who needed sleeps during the day. The staff also provided us lifts everyday via a shuttle service to where we wanted to go in the general Seminyak area which was great telling with a young child and not wanting to ride on the back of bikes.

Nothing... the bathroom seemed old and had some stains but nothing really I would be worried about.

The staff at this place are fantastic. The Villa is maintained well every day. They are extremely professional. The pool is a good side and was clean. The message service was excellent and reasonably priced. The location is quieter, but only 10 minutes walk to the square.

However, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness. There was a persistent bad smell in the kitchen that made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, areas like the windows, curtains, mirrors, and the shower were noticeably dirty, which took away from the overall experience. With better cleaning and maintenance, this villa could be a truly wonderful place to stay.

We recently stayed at this villa, and overall, the place has a lot of potential. The facility itself is beautiful, with a nice design and plenty of privacy, which we appreciated. It’s the kind of place that could be perfect with a bit more attention to detail.

There were lots of mosquitos in the room which we believe were betting in through the roof. Fogging was done and we were told we could stay in the room, however the fog came in a filled up the room and we were coughing a lot. I also had a broken changhong brand tv in my room and was more than happy to replace it however the tv they replaced it with was a more expensive LG tv and they made me pay $620 AUD instead of replacing the Tv with a similar model / brand. Bit shifty.

I loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. When we asked for something it came with quick service and kindness.

Apart from the Villa being an absolute Gem, the staff were AMAZING! They were fast and efficient in all aspects, very friendly and helpful. The Kon's Villa is very lucky to have such an awesome crew.

We loved the service provided from the kon villas. All the staff where extremely polite and respectful. Our rooms were cleaned perfectly and quickly everyday as soon as we left for breakfast. We also loved the location of the villa, very close to lots of restaurants but still very quiet and private in the villa itself

OMG. Where do I start. This property was such an aesthetically beautiful property. The finishes were perfect which can be a common let down to some properties in Bali when compared to their profile photos. This property far exceeded their profile photos. Every part of this property was absolutely perfect in my opinion.
