The property is perfectly located in Seminyak. Close to everything you need. The main hotel is overlooking the beach, we stayed in the villas which are across the street (You still have access to the hotel facilities). To start off pictures don’t do justice, this villas are STUNNING, you can really tell they payed attention to details when making them. The villa is very private with a beautiful pool and bathtub. It has a pantry to store things if you need too. You get a personalized service because they assign a person that is in charge of you and your villa. This person is in charge not only of refreshing your villa, but also making ANY arrangements you need for your daily needs, paying attention even to food restriction mentioned on the first day. We went there for our honeymoon and they received us with a cake that said Happy Honeymoon, that’s how personalized service is here. The person in charge of us was Nanda. At the end of our stay we didn’t want to leave, and part of that was this personalized service by Nanda. He really elevated our experience and made sure everything was taken care of to make our stay a smooth one, from the time we woke up, till the time he left home. Laundry is included. They can arrange transportation for very cheap in very nice cars. Breakfast is included and was very good. Their Spa service is also incredible and not expensive. We visited 4 different places/hotels and this was definitely our favorite one.

When we arrived we were asked whether we wanted to release baby turtles and that they incubate from the beach in an effort to minimise humans impact in the area it was a lovely touch to an already wonderful hotel!!!

For an older hotel, it is extremely well maintained and definitely true 5 star service. The location is great. Not overcrowded. Breakfast is freshly cooked and not from a buffet.

The Club has set the bar high for our future visits to Bali. When we landed at the airport, we had staff waiting for us at the airport, we were whisked away cocooned in the hotel car with perfumed towels and cool drinks. Check in was also one-on-one. It was a guest- and experience-oriented concept.The villa we were in was luxurious, the lighting dimmed at the perfect setting, the pool was beautiful. We were so well taken of, thanks to our butler Swi. It makes a difference. And Swi was very helpful, professional but never intrusive. We felt at ease as the service was very bespoke and professional at the same time Swi also help arranged last minute trips for us without batting an eyelid. The food was amazing too. Breakfast was so so delicious, we ate so well. We loved the privacy that The Club provides - guests from the main hotel cannot enter The Club area. We truly appreciate the unlimited complimentary benefits (laundry, afternoon tea, breakfast, etc). The bed and pillows! so soft! If you want luxury, this is it. Thank you so much, we can't wait to return.

The fact that we couldn't stay another week

A beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities set by the Sea with its free swimming pools and easy access to the ocean. The buildings are wonderful and spacious. We had a lovely sweet, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff could not of been more friendly and more helpful. Overall, this is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. I would recommend it as one of the top world hotels. If you can stay here you should The food is excellent and caters for all tastes, and you can either sit by the sea, eating tempura prawns, or have more formal dining, listening to a jazz band or traditional Bali music. we loved having afternoon tea brought to us and listening to the piano playing. it's particularly good that the managers of the hotel come and chat to you at breakfast to see if you're okay and do you need anything doing. The rooms are well equipped and the room service was superb.

My husband was afraid of the little creatures.. but nothing serious

Oh where do we start.. my husband and I came to the Legian for our honeymoon and we had an exceptional time! Everything from the pick up to the room service to the butler oh it was amazing! The whole team made our stay so special and meant so much to us.. our butler Dika was brilliant and made our stay easy and pleasant sorting out everything that we requested with no hesitation.

1) I like the Legian a lot, but I thought the seafood grill dinner was so-so only and not such good value for approx 1 million rupiah. Better to eat at many good restaurants nearby outside the hotel. 2) Also, I wAnted to have an evening massage but the spa shuts at 7pm everyday! Perhaps the spa can stay open till 10pm in future. 3) Breakfast though very good, could perhaps include a wider spread of local Balinese delicacies.

Beautiful sunset views of the sea and swimming pool. 2 bedder suite was huge and very clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast very good too. Very good location. I also like the hotel artwork by Arifien!
