The desks and chairs are not comfy for working No proper dining table When it rains (it often does during rain season), it is very loud inside the villa, maybe due tome special roof cover material. I was waking up during nights because of this noise

Well. As much as i really enjoyed almost everything i must admit that on the second floor where the bed is. It can get really hot. During sunlight especially. The air conditioner is not good enough to handle cooling the entire property DURING SUNLIGHT. We had no issue sleeping at night though.

Excellent staff and excellent location. Close to the locals and nature with very close markets for groceries and coffee. Theres also a restaurant nearby. The property is new. The kitchen is decent and the staff are great. The kitchen has plates and everything you need to cook your own meals. Hotels/apartments in Bali normally experience issues of having insects but this place in particular was super clean and I’ve never seen an insect during my stay despite it being so close to nature. The price for everything is cheap aswell.

New building. Very clean. I got everything I need during our stay. They also have small cute kitchen and kitchen ware is available. They can manage put everything efficiently and it’s spacious enough for couple. Simple nice design interior.

For us a little bit difficult location because the only way to go anywhere is to take a driver or a skooter. Can’t walk anywhere because the only street nearby is impossible to walk because of the traffic…there’s no pavement.

I recently stayed at this brand-new property and was thoroughly impressed. The location is perfect, with several excellent restaurants just a short walk away. The area is pleasant, and Seminyak is only a 5-minute scooter ride, which I highly recommend for getting around. The staff Komang and Ulum was so friendly, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, and the surrounding area was kept tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay. Overall, this property exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return.

The mezzanine bedroom area upstairs stays very hot, the roof is not insulated and is literally just metal, and in order to keep it cool I had to ask for a fan from the staff and keep the air con pointing upwards all day. The villa is in general need of a very deep clean. There is dust, crumbs, and hairs under every piece of furniture. There was oil splash marks around the kitchen cooking area. There were no sun loungers in the garden which made it difficult to sunbathe. There was only one upright chair.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and met all my needs and requests, including an early check-in, providing me with bug spray, changing the water, cleaning, and providing me with a fan for the bedroom area. Great value for money and good location. Quiet in the villa even though its near a busy street.

I lived here for two weeks. I didn't like the fact that we can't sunbathe in the yard, we don't get the sun. The roof is holey, everything dripped on the floor during the heavy rain🤭 the air conditioner is hung so that it is cold at the bottom and hot at the top. place only with transport, you can't go anywhere on foot.

how the lofts, which were furnished a new time , still remained neat and new
