Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Everything! Great pool and pool bar. Amazing location, quiet yet central to everything. Rooms are very nice and a good size with comfortable bed, good size fridge and great AC. It even has USB charging points as well as Australian power points (along with the standard Indonesian points). They even have a bottle opener on the wall in the room, they’ve seriously thought of everything here. Then of course there is the staff - polite, friendly and very professional.

AustraliaThe only thing we can fault and it's a small thing is that we had nowhere to hang wet bathers/towels as we had a room without a balcony. Otherwise we had no complaints.
This resort is a hidden gem! Rooms have been updated, staff are helpful and friendly, Breakfast is cooked to order so nothing sitting around drying out. Pool and pool bar are terrific ! Best place out of the 5 we have stayed in this holiday. Great wifi

Staff are all so welcoming and go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant, the location is great, very central to markets, beach, restaurants. Nice quiet location also.

United KingdomThe main issue is that all the rooms face the the pool. It looks nice, but it means that as soon as there is a lot of noise from the pool you will be disturbed - whether you are in your room or outside. On one particular day there was a particularly noisy child, or children, that were ear-piercingly loud whenever we were in the hotel from before 9.00 am until about 11.00 pm (the pool closes at 10.00 pm). Had that continued for more than a day we were going to move hotels - depite having paid in advance. The layout of the hotel means everyone at the hotel is hostage to other people's noise. Oh! there was also no electrical outlet near the bed - so you couldn't charge your phone overnight without having to leave it at the other side of the room or bringing a long extension lead

IndonesiaThe loud group of foul mouthed bogans in the pool that also didn’t get out to toilet. Could still hear them in my room. Asked management to speak to them as it was bothering other guests as well. It didn’t stop them. They were there for a week.Respect people.
