The only positive thing about the hotel is the staff. There are more cons to this hotel than pros and we honestly feel cheated. First of all, the rooms are very dirty and do not match the photos on booking.com at all. Toilet seat is dirty, airco does not work properly, refrigerator is dirty, bathroom is worn and needs maintenance, bed has stains, room is full of mosquitoes and salamanders. Water pressure in the bathroom and breakfast is minimal. We will not come back here again and do not recommend it.

The plastic sun lounges were uncomfortable and you could only lay on your back and would move around when laying on them

There is no spa on-site, but they will arrange a transfer to and from a local spa. The swimming pool does not look clean, it may be just the colouring of the tiles that is off putting. Meal portions are not very generous, not enough vegetarian options. Shower cabinet door does not stop water spreading onto bathroom floor.

Balinese garden villa rooms with very aesthetic and well-kept garden. Reception staff very polite and helpful.

I couldn't get in contact with the resort after my booking nor could booking.com, to confirm my booking. I had booked a week in advance and only a day before I was leaving I finally heard from them. After I emailed, instagramed, facebooked and whatspped them. Not only did I try to contact the resort but also the resorts management company. Finally someone accepted my whatsapp call (the management company, they have the resort whatapp listed as their contact but no one ever replied or answered). They confirmed my booking. and then while I was at the resort I got an email reply from them asking how they could help me. Clearly not following up or checking my booking or anything as they should have known I was already there. Other than that it was a beautiful place, staff we great. Would stay again only if it wasn't such a hassle to book it.

Staff didn’t clean room properly, left dirty towels. Mosquitoes everywhere, had a whole in roof that was leaking in the rain. Cockroaches everyday in bathroom and room. Holes in fan, allowing all sorts of bugs to come in.

Aircon in our room barely worked and the beds felt damp. The shower design is bad and you can see mould which made me feel gross. The restaurant food isn’t too good. Nothing around, 10 minute walk out to the road and there’s barely anything around.

The pool faces the ocean which is really nice. Palm trees everywhere and the vibe is relaxing. The rooms are a good size and style is modern.

We were told that the restaurant staff would be informed about us being vegan but that wasn’t the case. Our lunch order got messed up (due to poor English communication). But they really made up for it the next morning and we had delicious all vegan breakfast. The pineapple and banana pancakes were superb. In the bathroom something leaked or there was something wrong with the drainage because there was a weird smell the whole time. The location was not ideal for us. We stayed with our little girl and could not go anywhere by stroller/on foot. We needed a driver for everything.

The pool and the ocean view are really amazing.

There is no beach, only a rough dirty concrete wall on water. Lots of garbage in sea water. Geographical location is not ideal for visits or water activities such as diving, snorkeling...

Overall price value fair. but certainly not 5 stars, more small 4 star. We had comfortable villas with see view. The hotel is overall ok, not yet worn out, but can use some refurbishes. Breakfast is not a buffet, but ok, the omelette is great, but the toasts are cold ( as we have noticed in all hotels in Bali so far. Evening dinner was ok but their neighbours next door are better. We would not go back, because it’s far from a 5 star Overall comment, the Balinese are very friendly, but not quick, and their English is not always as good. So if they say “Yes”, they did not understand necessarily. Wine is too expensive, and Balinese wine not anything to look foreword too.I think this is a hotel thing, since in good outside restaurants the wine is 50% cheaper, even the good Italian and French wines.

Breakfast was good, but you were only able to choose one item of the menu which was just not enough for breakfast. There were not really much other restaurant options nearby. The food on the a la carte menu was way overpriced for what you got unfortunately..

Room was clean and big! Staff was very friendly to help us out with transport to the Gili Islands.

There was no free transport up the very dark ally at night , so if you didn’t have transport you was stuck in the resort or had to get taxi’s, the rooms were nice but the cleaner’s didn’t do a very good job of keeping top’s or floor’s clean. there was no fresh milk for your tea or coffee only powdered milk and they wanted to charge us for a glass of milk.We thought that the restaurant over charged for the local beer’s which in restaurant near by was only 50rp for a large or 35rp for a small was 90rp for large and 50rp for a small, I no they have to make a profit but if the good restaurants can charge this price I don’t see why they were charging so much more. the rooms need a little TLC and updating also the foxtel as available for two nights then it went of as it said the bill had not been paid, when we asked the staff they said it was now not available.

The staff at the reception where very help full regarding hiring of our bike and transfer to the airport, very quick to responded if you needed assistance. the safe wasn’t working and sorted very quickly, also removed net on the door’s of our room that were very stained. These were never replaced with new ones.

This hotel has the most disgusting and tasteless food! Firstly, they cheated with breakfast. Instead of the promised good breakfast, we were denied food! all they have on the menu is eggs and they think 1 egg for breakfast is enough! all the food in the restaurant is not tasty and we didn't even understand what we were eating because bread, chicken and fish/all taste the same. All food is not fresh and tastes disgusting.And yet they don't have a beach. Not at all, and you can't go down to the sea in any way. This hotel does not have a beach at all!
