Excellent place to stay-one of the best from our 3 week trip to Bali. The location was great-not in the heart of the tourist scene at mushroom beach, but there were a variety of restaurants to walk to. The pool was wonderful-day and night, though keep in mind that the pool heats up from the sun during the day so can feel quite warm. The bungalow was well put together, extremely clean and comfortable. Best were the staff, who were both kind, friendly and kept everything running well. Much thanks to the owners who were on site. We also had massages at the spa and they too were great. Run to this place and hopefully you too will have a wonderful time. It is just a short walk to Dream Beach and Sunset Point.

Very friendly and supportive staff, hotel is well maintained, nicely designed garden and pool, Snorkeling trips and wellness treatments (in front of hotel) good and reasonably priced. Breakfast is very solid and offers three choices a la carte.

There was nothing to dislike at all.

Staff at these villas are the best. They are very respectful and discreet and they take extra special care of you. The villas are quiet and beautifully clean. The pool is a good size and very well maintained. The massage space attached has some of the best massages in the island. The shop across tge toad stocks everything you need and the staff are lovely. Local warungs are superb too. I loved my stay so much i cut my.other plans and stayed 18 days as a personal health retreat.

Everything. The staff speaks english, offers good breakfast and are always ready to help. The place is well maintained and with a great location. The owners offer scooters for rent and additional experiences.

Was worried about the hut having some gaps in it (around the doors, and some of the timber joins) letting mosquitoes and bugs in. This wasn’t a problem, didn’t have any in the room. Mosquito net was supplied and set up beautifully each night when the beds were turned down for us.

Beds and pillows were very comfy. Was clean. Breakfast was excellent (highly recommend the banana pancakes). Grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Pool was good, very warm. Only a few minute walk to Dream Beach. Has a small store just across the road for any drinks and snacks you need.

We liked everything about our stay at Niti Huts. The location was great. Dream beach just a few minutes walk, max 5 min walks to a lot of good restaurants. The staff was amazing and even prepared our beds for sleeping and learned our names. They can also help with any booking. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We would book here again.

The kettle in the room doesn’t stop automatically, this might be a bit risky if you are not aware of this.

Great location near Dream beach and mushroom beach and even better staff! Highly recommend staying here, we had a great time. The huts are spacious, outside bathroom is spacious and very clean. Cleaning is done daily and very high standards. Breakfast is simple but good and sufficient. We will be back!

Excellent location from where you can walk around the island. It's right next to the Devils Tear and the Dream Beach. The accommodation has a beautiful garden and a nice pool. The breakfast is OK and there is a small and good Spa right next to the entrance, ran by family.

It was perfect in every way!

What an amazing place. Small intimate huts surrounding a lovely clean pool. The property is kept immaculate by the three very hard working and friendly staff. The location was great away from business of Harbour but plenty of warungs nearby. The scooters they supplied were near new and felt safe to explore over this end and yellow bridge to ceningen was only 10 mins away. We stayed four nights and didn't want to leave. Massage place right next door was wonderful. Huts were air-conditioned and beautiful. Turn down service very sweet gesture. Great breakfasts. Thankyou so much for making us feel so welcome!!

Property was maintained well. Staff were amazing. I feel they could have done a barbecue option in the open garden space. Or kept a bar service open with cocktails while in the pool. Keeping in mind they don’t serve lunch or dinner.

Great location near to Devil’s Tear and plenty of restaurants around for lunch and dinner. Owners were very helpful and kind. Rooms were good with very comfortable beds and bedding, but not always hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good, especially the banana pancakes. Nice pool and lovely garden - very calm and serene.

Incredibly beautiful hotel. Great pool, room, garden and other facilities. LOVED the outdoor bathroom. Best part was the KINDNESS of the owners. Thank you Kadek and Ketut. Best hotel in all of Bali and Lembongan. 2 minutes walk to Dream Beach and Devils Tears. Highly recommended.
