If you are looking to relax and have a chilled holiday, this is the property for you. We loved it. The staff are awesome, and if you do want to spice up your holiday, you are only minutes from the famous day clubs and some amazing restaurants. The best of everything.

I know this is out of their control but the beach is not clean. Oberoi is doing its best to clean the beach. There is 1 guy who used fish net to get all the trash from the beach.

It really a well maintained property to consider it is open for the last 46 years.

We had many tours: every tour was excellent. There was much to see and the hotel organised everything. Very recommendable. The performances at the hotel were enjoyable and, altogether, we can only recommend the Oberoi

Would have given it a 10 but felt that the Lanai Room is a little small compared to the newer resort, however the overall service made up for it!

The Oberoi is like a little slice of heaven amongst the chaos of Seminyak. the grounds are wonderful and expansive,,and the Lanais are beautiful.

The beaches in the area were strewn with trash and debris, not the fault of the resort but rather the lack of waste removal by the government. The beach area at the resort itself was kept immaculate by staff so there’s at least a couple hundred feet of clean beach.

The staff is so accommodating, and it felt as though they genuinely wanted all the guests to have an amazing experience. Amazed that they organized the charging wires for all my devices on my nightstand after I left them in a mess (coiled and Velcro strapped together). I’ve never felt so pampered. The grounds were beautiful and not crowded, pool amazing right on the beach.

Attention to detail, great customer service, convenient location, delicious breakfast with very happy atmosphere. Very clean and super tidy room and we did enjoy our stay.

Room service was cold. We did speak to them and it was rectified during our stay.

Great location. 7 star service at all times. Spa was amazing - best massages we have ever had. Great breakfast nice to be able to choose from set menu. Staff organised baby stroller and scooter for us and both delivered to hotel. Would stay again.

could not fault the Oberoi. It was extremely humid weather so maybe avoid November if you can, this has obviously nothing to do with the hotel!!

Breathtaking grounds and well kept gardens. Right on the beach - although the waves are rough so swimming is not advised. Staff are super - very pleasant and helpful. Fantastic breakfast included. Yoga daily at 8am. Hard to believe this hotel is right in the centre of Seminyak, it’s like stepping into another world when entering the driveway.

Nothing to report as I like everything and up to excellent standard

everything went very well and I could not find any fault or concern. all staff, facilities and food and beverages were excellent. in particular, we needed extra help and Ms. Swan at the reception desk did help in the best way. I would like to thank all staff including the CEO of the resort who made our stay exceptional and my wife Birthday to remember

This is not your typical hotel property. Our room was sequestered away from the hustle of the city, but everything that you could want was just outside of the perimeter. The old world feel added to the charm. The volcanic rock that it was made from along with the thatched rooftops suggested that you had somehow gone back in time. There was lots of outside space that kept you from ever feeling like you were part of a large crowd. The service was top notch as well. Most of the staff remembered our names. Rooms were serviced several times a day. The pool staff set up all of your chairs and brought snacks and water all day. (There were no extra charges or tips for these services)

The only disappointment was dinner at the restaurant - nicely presented but a tired old piece of tuna, and very limited wine by the glass options. Not really good enough for a restaurant in this price range. Also a little disappointing to note that the sulphurous smell from the adjacent creek is still a problem, especially when the NW onshore wind blows.

Great breakfast served with view over the beach. Facilities and service around the pool area were excellent.
