Excellent hotel, with very nice staff and a top restaurant. Next to the hotel there is another well-known restaurant which I have been to many times in the past. Today it is below average. However, in Oberoi there is a restaurant worthy of at least one Michelin Star award. Congratulations to the chef. THANK YOU

Fantastic location right on the beach— an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. Staff was wonderful— they were happy to accommodate every request I had. And highly recommend the spa. There are complimentary activities and tea every afternoon as well as yoga in the morning.

From the moment we arrived the staff were so attentive. The hotel is pure bliss like an oasis of tranquility in the urban chaos of Seminyak. If you’re coming to Bali, I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s a perfect hotel with perfect staff and perfect views.

My husband will always say TV channel options and internet not enough for him. I'm happy to tune out with my book by the pool. Not sure the food and coffee hit the mark, I think they try to be everything and it doesn't quite deliver, little bit average or maybe too clinical, too restrained? for the quality of property, it just missed something for us. We tried the gorgeous dining settings once and then went out to get our fix (apart from the rotisserie chicken by the pool, that was delicious!) We were also lucky enough to be invited to welcome drinks by GM, lovely touch, GM was away OK but no exec staff even said hello???

This is our second time at the Oberoi as our first experience was so beautiful, calming and most enjoyable. Like most nice things you pay for it but there is something about this understated private resort in the heart of Seminyak. You immediately feel you're in Bali with its traditional thatched bure style accommodation, beach sunsets by the pool, rare to come by expansive tropical garden setting (with playful little squirrels), and warm attentive service, you instantly find your zen. The pool is preciously the right temperature, the small complimentary refreshing poolside treats come just at the right time and we discovered on Fridays they do a rotisserie lunch by the pool....the chicken on this occasion was yum! Big thank you for late checkout and transfer service to airport. And for the surprise little birthday cake for my husband's 60th on arrival, nice touch team Oberoi.

Unbelievable resort! They take care of you so much! They thought of every single thing, they provide you in your room beach slippers, beach bag, sunblock, salt baths and much more! Location is great! Beach is beautiful! Pool is amazing, staff are sooooo genuine and friendly. They love to help. Just such a stunning resort.

Rooms were large and beautifully designed Beach has a beautiful reflection and the backwash isn’t that strong so it’s “swimmable” We were there for sea turtle hatching It was peaceful and not overwhelming Quiet Food was good (we ate the Indonesian food only) Staff helpful Clean Service was very quick when we had questions Good location to access a lot outside of the hotel

We liked everything about this property. Also the fact it is all on ground level with an unimpeded beach view. The privacy afforded all guests is fantastic. We found it so peaceful and relaxing everywhere within the resort. The staff are superb in every way. Friendly, relaxed, efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The selection of food available at the various locations in the resort was really great. Everything from breakfast, lunch, dinner and special occasions. We can not fault anything or anyone. Truly five star.
