The Oberoi Lombok is a fabulous hotel. The views, the food, the service, the rooms and overall ambience everything was just PERFECT! The staff is very friendly, always serving with a smile and went out of their way to make it a memorable stay for us. Right from pre-arrival queries & special requests to checkout, the experience was amazing. The food is great, particularly the Indian & Indonesian food. We took a half day tour of Gili islands with snorkeling, good experience. This hotel is a great choice if you're looking for a relaxed, peaceful and then luxurious holiday.

It is quite far from the airport - 1.5 hours or more on some windy rooms.

Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive! The food was excellent and we had to make use of room service regularly due to travelling with a baby - they were amazing at setting up dinner on our balcony. Rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms are huge. Good gym facility.

We arrived with high expectations, and Oberoi exceeded them in every way. They catered to every little request with perfection. At first, we thought we might get bored, but in the end, the team went above and beyond to make our stay the highlight of our trip through Indonesia. Having traveled to 80 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, I can confidently say this is one of the best. And the food—absolutely heavenly! I already miss the breakfasts with those breathtaking views, not to mention the incredible dinners. Worth every cent. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean beach, very tidy, tranquil and greenery resort, room always got tidy up when returning. For our anniversary, there was surprise everyday during our stay. Really appreciate their kindness and hospitality. We will come back.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Staff were amazing. My dietary need was remembered by everyone after it was mentioned on day one. Food was excellent, great service. Resort itself was immaculate. Even the beach was raked and picked over to keep it looking pristine. Cabanas are nice and the loungers on the grass by the ocean lovely. Cocktails are great.

The food in the restaurant (we had half board) was good, sometimes very good. What was a real problem was the time spent waiting for dinner. Every action, every order took an inordinate amount of time. Each evening, killed by waiting for food. Once we tragically waited more than two hours for a main course, which was unacceptable, especially for our small children. Unfortunately, we had to leave the restaurant before dessert due to the late hour. Live music in restaurant, sometimes decent, sometimes out of tune and noisy, did not really contribute to the romantic atmosphere. I would prefer silence, or soft local music, to variety shows.

We spent eleven nights at this lovely place and really enjoyed it. Beautifully furnished room, luxurious privat pool, pleasant gazebo, all exceptionally tastefully built in complete privacy. Shaded by trees. Perfectly landscaped surroundings. I especially have to highlight the thorough keeping of the house twice a day. Complimentary horseback riding for children; tea at five o'clock ( once with a bottomless bottle of sparkling wine :o); regular replenishment of fruit and sweets in the room; bike rental, these are all little things that bring joy.

This is the best hotel in Lombok, everything about it is above and beyond. Attention to detail is incredible. Spa is stunning. We loved every single detail about this hotel. A little quiet gem perfectly nested in Lombok. Rooms are perfectly crafted and every single detail made our stay more enjoyable especially the lovely staff who cared and catered to all of our needs seamlessly. The breakfast was generous, great range of options and delicious We use the boat to Gili Islands and was like new with great staff Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

I would struggle to find anything not to like, but some of the other guests were greedy with the beautiful poolside gazebos and lounge chairs. It would be nice to have some sort of time limit on how long people can leave a gazebo vacant simply by "reserving" it with a hat or book first thing in the morning. A hat can't enjoy a gazebo for 2 hours by itself, but a person can! :)

The Oberoi Lombok is now in my top all-time favorite hotels. Everything is engineered for maximum hospitality and enjoyment. The room was beautiful, the grounds were lush, the pool was heavenly, the food was excellent (and vegetarian friendly!), the spa was blissful, and the people were wonderful. Every single person we encountered, whether the welcoming general manager or the restaurant staff, the masseuses, and the cleaning staff were all so kind and welcoming. We felt very cared for by all. Thank you!

The stay was amazing and exceeded expectations. The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough, true Indonesian hospitality! The activities provided for children were good with a range to chose from. We enjoyed the food, there was a good variety.
