This is the most unique hotel I've ever stayed at. Beautifully designed in its entirety. The beds are out of this world comfy, best I ever had in Indonesia. Cute pool, nice modern gym and amazing rooftop. Could highly recommend this experience

Windows could be more soundproof as you can hear a lot of street noises during the night. Breakfast was okay but not amazing.

Colonial chique decor is quite cool. Staff is amazingly sweet. My partner was sick and they really took care of her. We got a free room upgrade because of a noisy AC and a cake for our anniversary. Rooftop and pool are fantastic.

Nothing to not like about this hotel.

Very unique concept, great for those seeking something different. Great attention to details in the design even down to the small things. Compared to other 5 star hotels this place really stands out and offers a great experience. The buffer breakfast is wonderful and others some great healthy options as well as the option to order in extra dishes at no charge.

By far the most interesting, cool, sexy, well thought out decor of any hotel we have ever stayed at. Loved every detail. The pool was stunning and the best gym ever!!!!! Staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful.

Location is bit far away from everything. Unfortunately I was also unable to check out all the hotel room facilities ( library ) because there was an event. It’s unfortunate for a paying guest not able to use all the facilities and a little bit unfair to be honest. The spa is not ready so u need to go somewhere else to get spa treatments

The design and the food at the restaurant is so good! Great coffee and beautiful restaurant. The room is clean and the bed is super comfortable. Staff are hit and miss. Some are friendly and some looks at you like you don’t belong in the hotel. They constantly asking your name and room number so that’s kinda annoying. They granted request for an hour late check out which was appreciated.

The one complaint I have is that the restaurant/bar didn't actually have 50% of the menu items available. We tried to order 5 different dishes from the tapas restaurant, and they were all unavailable. Then we looked at the whiskey menu they gave us, and they were out of the first 3 things we tried to order from that too. Menus were also only digital, which was not ideal (imo).

The decor, ambiance, and staff here are top-notch. The staff went above-and-beyond for us on our first night when I left a bag in a taxi (ended up recovering it, thanks to them). The rooftop bar/restaurant is amazing. The food is above average.

The interior is typical of Bill Bensley's, packed with decorative furnitures and details of colours, textures and materials, and feels a bit gloomy.So you either love it or hate it. The shower floor is sort of level with the room floor so sometimes you need to put extra floor tower at the door to block the water.

Location ,location and location.Its minutes walk to MRT Bendungan Hilir, within Jakarta CFD area so if you stayed here during the weekend you can enjoy CFD too. The pool is really something, MUST TRY! Friendly staff, Good breakfast and cozy bed. Love the library area.

The best way to start your vacation in Indonesia. Amazing breakfasts, beautiful city views. The highlight is definitely the infinity pool on the 5th floor. An ideal location by the main road = perfect accessibility to the airport. Also near the subway and the main bus route for getting around the city.

The location, but that's Jakarta I guess. Not many things can be done on foot in the surroundings of the hotel.

Only downside of our stay and why we give 9, not 10, is the staff in the restaurant during dinner and breakfast. The waiters forgot our dishes, didn't communicate well and it happened not once or twice, but many times. They tried and were polite, I think they are just not very qualified yet. The food was delicious though.

Experience, not only a stay, very unique design. The library is the best place in all the hotel, just spectacular. Also the rooms and lobby are great.

There could be some things taken into consideration, such as the lack of bright enough lights in the bathroom.. It's very difficult to put make-up and to see how you eventually could look in the light:))

We loved the unique concept of the hotel interior, blending Indonesian and Western cultures and design elements; amazing breakfast, especially Indonesian health drinks, local fruits, selection of dumplings, cheeses, Japanese breakfast choices; we loved the pool on the 4th floor; we loved the location and, amazing staff members; unforgettable view, super comfy pillows and blankets.

The rooms are not sound proof and you can head everything in the hall way and other rooms, the hotel got busy on our second night there with lots of families and their kids, they were running and shouting in the hallway until 1am, we called the reception twice and they didn’t do anything, they offered us 2 hours late check out on the following day. Breakfast was really nice the first day, but when the hotel got busier the service and quality of food dropped.

Rooms were comfy and the interior design was very interesting.
