The only negative thing I have to say is the beds are a little hard.

The villas are amazing. Beautiful rooms, with private balcony. So peaceful and tranquil. The grounds are beautiful also. Highly recommend.

The pillows were a little hard for us. We compensated by using the cushions which were fine. Everything else was wonderful

The location is perfect. We were situated towards the back of the property which was quiet and peaceful. The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and keen to ensure we had the best possible stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at Palm Grove and would not hesitate to recommend it for families.

Nothing could have better.

The owner Norris and all his staff were all so friendly and worked very hard. The bed was very comfy, room was big enough and enough storage. Breakfast was good, all fresh to order. We had the bbq one evening and the chicken and fish were excellent. I would return if the flight wasn’t so long.

The breakfast was okay but could do with improvement.

The location was great, 5 min walk from mushroom beach and from lots of restaurants/ cafes. The staff were friendly and we organized activities through them. The room itself was very clean and spacious, cleaned everyday with new towels.

It can be quite noisy at night with live music across the road, temple chanting, fireworks, and proximity of other guests. This would be the same in most parts of Mushroom Bay. There is no insulation in the rooms so what you hear outside is what you hear inside. The noise dies promptly at 10-10:30 each night which means it is not an issue for a good nights sleep. The staff are friendly and welcoming, however, you need to go to them when you want something and you should always double check your communication.

The proximity to Mushroom Bay, Sunset Beach, Dream Beach, scooter rental, massage/spa facilities, and great restaurants. The grounds are kept immaculately and it has a wonderful oasis type feel. The villa’s are comfortable, spacious, elegant and air conditioned.

Extremely close to the beach, lovely villas that were spacious and super comfortable! Staff arranged a ferry and taxi transfer for us to Nusa lembongan which made things very easy!

Unfortunately the afternoon/night concierge guy was lacking personality and a smile. Didn't help with our bags, was not interested in showing us the complex and when asked where breakfast was served he just waved his hand and said follow along there. So our first impressing was very disappointing. The staff around the pool were not very good at clearing away empty glasses and plates that they served during the day.

The villas were beautiful and ours #17 had a great view and access to the pool. The bathroom is fully out door including the toilet - we lit a mozzie coil each night. There was a good selection of meals & juices for breakfast and they where excellent. Hubby couldn't go past the bacon & egg roll each morning. There are 2 areas of villas both with their own pool. Quick 5 min walk to Mushroom Bay beach. Lots of great warungs and restaurants close by. The morning concierge guy was always cheerful, helpful and obliging. The owner was also very cheerful and always engaged with his guests to ensure all was good - even arranged different pillows for us. Unlike the afternoon/evening guy.

The kids loved the two pools.! The rooms were spacious and clean. Great outdoor bathroom. Supir at reception was very friendly and helpful; He always had a smile on his face & booked a manta trip for us. Breakfast was delicious. We had a great tome at Palm Grove! Hopefully we’ll be back one day :)

We spent one night in a bungalow that had an adjoined room. The room was fine but it was easy to hear the people in the adjacent room late at night

Two pools are not crowded, bungalows are very good, we would recommend the stand alone one. Restaurant was wonderful the grilled seafood was outstanding

The music at the restaurant. Would have scored this place a 10 if the music at the restaurant wasn’t loud and banging! Nice chill background music would have been way better especially in Lembongan!

Beautiful small resort, 3 min walk to the beach. Lovely rooms and outdoor bathrooms. Lovely pools and gardens. Breakfast was great.
