Hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed. The vibe is relaxed, the rooms are beautifully done, and the staff are absolute legends. Everything felt easy and smooth, from check-in to check-out. Close to great spots but still super peaceful. You won’t regret staying here.

The Palms was a gorgeous place to stay, about 100m from a busy street that takes you into the centre of canggu. It’s a lovely, quiet stay which we couldn’t have been more thankful for! It was very peaceful! The rooms are spacious with big bathrooms and the staff go over and beyond for their visitors. Only slight negative is the beds are a little firm but we think that’s the same across all of Balis hotels!

The only downside is the 2-minute walk on a dark street until you reach the hotel. But if you are on a scooter it's not a problem.

Very nice place with super friendly staff. I liked that besides the pool there are common areas to hang out and that you can buy drinks and some snacks at the accommodation. Would definitely recommend!

Honestly, where do I start the start? The manager, staff environment The vibes was so welcoming for a solo traveller. They were accommodating, polite and were there to help you. Honestly, this is my favourite place in Chango and I would honestly come back.

It really was an oasis of calm in a busy part of Canggu. I love the peace and quiet and the fact that it was not a big complex. Staff were excellent, so friendly.

This is a lovely property in Canggu in a great location. The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. Each night the staff set up a beautiful aromatherapy in the room which is lovely to settle down in the evenings. Lovely pool and seating areas. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy.

I especially liked the mint and lemon water that they give you everyday. They also give you cookies, light a candle every evening in the room and clean everyday. Would stay again

This was my third time staying at The Palms! It is such a beautiful property with lovely amenities and staff. Great location with everything being a short walk or gojek away. You really do feel at home here so if you’re thinking about booking somewhere in Canggu, definitely stay at The Palms!

The staff were so amazing and helpful. They helped me with luggage since I came in and they guided me where to go and what to do and don't do. The atmosphere in that place was so damn good, Definitely next time am going canggu am booking this magical place. Everything in near by you literally.
