The manager was very helpful and polite. The room was modern and had a homey vibe. The common areas were convenient for hanging out, and the whole place was well-structured in my opinion. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Their attention to detail really caught my eye. If you had a branch in Ubud, we wouldn’t think for a second to look for another place :)

Such good value for money - the staff go above and beyond. So many little extra touches, a complimentary massage, scented oils in the room every evening, a gift bag with chocolate on check out.. the list goes on! So attentive and friendly and the room was spotless

Every little detail is perfectly executed, from the welcome drink to the lemongrass diffuser thoughtfully turned on in the room each evening to the lush gardens and inviting pool, this really was a stay to remember.

A bit too far from the centre of Canggu to walk but we used “grab” to book taxis or bikes which was low cost

Relaxed vibes, peace and tranquility amongst the hustle and bustle of Canggu! The Palms staff were friendly and helpful. I would love to return in the future

The property was so lovely, a cute little bungalow with everything we needed and for a great price! The staff were so sweet and went above and beyond during our stay - we were blown away and would definitely come back. We were a quick walk down to the beach (or you could get very quick and cheap taxi down). Right by la Brisa when you arrive at the beach so very popular area.

The pool area and rooms around it are very welcoming and laid back. The property is maintained very well and looked after. Fresh filtered water with lemon and mint every day, cookies in the afternoon, fast laundry service and super friendly staff.

Hard to find a fault with the property.

I liked that it was like an oasis of relaxation minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Canguu streets. The staff were very attentive and kind. The facilities were exceptional.
