The stay was perfect in every possible way. The location was perfect, the infinity pool in the room was absolutely beautiful with a view of the jungle and the best part of our stay were the staff. They always went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and always with a smile. It’s a dream stay!

It was too long to go in the center

We had a minor issue with the security guard knocking on our door at 4 AM for about 10 minutes. It scared us a bit, as it was quite unexpected, but we called the receptionist via WhatsApp and she resolved the situation quickly. It turned out to be a misunderstanding — another room had requested toilet paper, and the security guard confused the room numbers.

We enjoyed this hotel so much that we booked two extra days. We stayed in the Premiere Suite, the view is fantastic, quiet, and private. The breakfast options are great, but their smoothie bowls are something special. The staff is amazing, possibly one of the best we’ve encountered so far, helping us with a scooter, car rental, and everything we needed. Please keep up the great work!

Lovely place but difficult to get to. Staff are so friendly and the food is lovely. Had a lovely visit from the monkeys which was a high point but no ironing board in the whole place is not the best.

The room felt a bit not done with too much empty space in the toilet cabin. The breakfast mie goreng was too mushy.

Very magical location. Our room is very private, surrounden by a small garden. The facilities are great. The pool is very pretty and has a wonderful view. The bar is very cozy and aesthetic. The spa is luxurious with the best offers. The staff is very helpful.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind, so they made us feel like in home. The place is close to the center of Ubud but at the same time is far away from the hustle and bassle. You can relax at the swimming pool or explore the area of your choice..Rich breakfast and wonderful view to the valey. I highly recommend the hotel!

Really stunning place surrounded by the jungle and all its sounds. Monkeys come by sometimes. I received a complementary massage and afternoon tea which were both amazing. Really quiet and zen, can’t recommend it enough. Yoga was very good too.

The pool garden and view of the rain forest are lovely . The bathroom was very nice . All the staff were very friendly !

The service is good, everything correct, we just didn’t feel so special as at some other places in Bali.

The infinity pool in front of the room and a view of the jungle is breathtaking and something we will remember forever. The whole resort is just whoa.

Curtains in the room were a bit matured and dirty, but it is a minor issue

The room, and yoga terrace was gorgeous. The pool was clean, and provided stunning views. Shuttle to the town centre. Breakfasts, including coffee. Just amazing

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet and beautifully designed. Comfortable bed and nice little verandah. The view to the jungle was spectacular and we enjoyed the nature sounds very much. We very much appreciated the complimentary services of the hotel, such as the afternoon tea at the bar with a beautiful view and a 15 minutes welcome spa treatment that was exceptionally good. We enjoyed good food and drinks at the restaurant. The staff is exceptional ! Would definitely come and stay there again!

The hotel is located in a really nice and quiet neighborhood of Ubud, the view from the hotel is just amazing.The staffs are truly nice and kind , and the restaurant and breakfast is really great as well. Definitely can recommend it:

Maybe it’s not really comfy when it’s rainy outside and the bathroom and toilet are outside. And also you need to count that it’s in the middle of jungle so roosters and geckos sounds will be there as well. for the soundproofing could be better cause could hear everything from neighbour room. For me cause I like to have a quiet atmosphere around I think not the best option but in general everything is good. It’s just personal preference

The administration is nice, didn’t use the facilities much but looks good , breakfast was tasty, complimentary fruits and afternoon tea sessions , I like that they really care about the feedback and asking travellers how was their stay

I requested for a downgrade of my room from honeymoon suite (since the swimming pool was way too small) to the one with infinity pool access, which was done after a few requests. However I would’ve appreciated a small refund if not full as the room was sold to another customer. Rest of the stay was perfect !
