The hotel is old and worn out, but they did their best for cleanliness. With such best location and facilities, they should consider upgrade their room and bathroom.

Pools are wonderful and beach is really in front of the property. Food also not bad, although more variety will be much better.

I’m gluten free; breakfast could use some options labelled safe for people with allergies. Not the resorts fault but the beach was really dirty with tonnes of litter. Such a shame.

Lovely well appointed room and gorgeous gardens and landscaping. The band was great and the pool was amazing.

We booked for an airport pick up and the information wasn’t passed to the night staff so they didn’t send anyone and we had to get a taxi at the airport..twice..they were very apologetic but as it happened twice we were not impressed.

If the beach was clean it would have been much better. Unfortunately it flooded a lot in the common walkways. There were absolutely no pork bacon or products. The location, although convenient to the airport, had no local shops or anything very close by. Everything was a transport away. The step down into the bathroom and wardrobe proved a bad idea as my partner fell down it in the night.

It was well laid out as a resort. The staff were super friendly.

The menu was limited and so we ended up eating down the road. There was also no choice of alternative milks and we were told we had to order gluten free a day in advance, which is difficult for the 1st day you arrive

The hotel was in need of repairs in several places

24/7 reception and bar (with food options), which was a huge plus when we ended up arriving after midnight. Located very close to DPS Airport which was one of the main reasons why we chose the hotel in the first place. All staff were very friendly and service minded All over, a lovely hotel even if it was a bit worn down-. Good value for money
