Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomVery lovely looking, in a quiet space, but in a very good area close to the centre of Ubud. WiFi was not great and I didn’t have service, I think because I was on the edge of the building, but super friendly and kind staff who were very accommodating, thought it was a little bit pricy for the lack of internet connection, had to go to the lobby for connection. But other than that facilities were lovely.

If they are going to be that unflexible. It would be better if they don't even offer this possibility in Booking. Bali and Ubud are in high demand. It is not hard for them to let me cancel and find other customer. But ok...

LithuaniaStaff struggle with English. The room was damp (even the bed sheets were damp). There is no way to dry your clothes. Some our clothes were wet for 3 days and eventually just started to smell... The room feels like with the paper walls -> a lot of noice. Even rain is heared perfectly. One of the bathroom windows just fell of when touched (staff just smiled and put it back without fixing the window). Entrance to the hotel is a bit narrow and slippery when wet.
The location for us was good. The second floor rooms I think are better just because of the view.

Australia- room cleanliness was not as attentive as before. Some days the bed would be made and that was it- rubbish was not always emptied, toilet paper refreshed, water was never restocked in my stay across the whole week. - outside lights are always on the whole night even if you switch them off, the staff turn them back on. The room only has shutters so it does make the rooms very bright to sleep in. Switching to a different blind/curtain would improve for guests. - lights on the stairs are not adequate to see and need to have your phone torch on to see where you are stepping
The rooms have had an upgrade which is very nice to be in compared to other outdated options I've stayed in Ubud. Location is fantastic, on a quiet street, 5 minute walk from most things and really accessible to a yoga studio I frequent. Had a few small things wrong with the room on the first night- but staff were quick to address. Aircon and option of fan are great. Pool is lovely- have to request a pool towel.

room was clean and comfy. yeah it was not well lit, but it dint matter to us. it was so nice compared to most other places we stayed. staff is so friendly. the owner always checked up on us , on if we need anything. the pool was nice and deep. the bathroom was the best part :)

Centrally located to walk to everywhere, shops restaurants, yoga etc.. Clean and tidy property and good value for money, friendly staff and very accommodating. Pool was super nice and welcome after a hot day !
