I had the most enchanting stay at this beautiful villa that I can't help but rave about! The highlight was undoubtedly the impressive sunset view from the pool. Watching the sun dip below the horizon while lounging by the pool was a breathtaking experience. But that's not all - the villa had an unexpected aquatic surprise! Turtles and colorful fish swam gracefully in the waters, right from the pool. It was like having my own private underwater spectacle, and I was truly amazed. The Balinese-inspired setup of the villa added to the overall blissful atmosphere. The serene and tranquil surroundings made it the perfect escape for those seeking peace and quiet. It felt like a slice of paradise. The staff at the villa were incredibly hospitable and helpful. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Surrounded by the lush beauty of nature, with frangipani and bougainvillea in full bloom, and the charming presence of turtles, this villa truly felt like an oasis. What more could one ask for in a vacation retreat? I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and picturesque getaway. Rooms a little basic, but the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in. Not much within walking distance, so best option is to hire a scooter, but too dangerous for me as roads are full of pot holes and uneven. If you want action, this is not the place for you, but that’s what makes it so amazing.

Stunning location. Amazing view and intimate feel with only 4 rooms. Could have spent days just staring at the view. 7 minute walk to Mushroom Bay where some great restaurants. So relaxing and quiet.

There’s honestly not much! My only observation was that some of the decor/fittings is a little tired but when you’re here, you’re not looking at that! You’re transfixed with the view!

The location is stunning…..panoramic sea views from your bedroom, dining table & swimming pool! And although it’s down quite a bumpy lane, it’s less than a 10 minute walk to mushroom bay for restaurants, shops & beach. The breakfast is lovely, you get one choice from a menu. And we had lunch there every day and really enjoyed what we had. We ate out in the evenings for a bit of variety. Komang is the resort manager and cannot do enough for you…arranges transfers, scooters, trips, laundry…nothing is too much trouble! We went snorkelling one morning and saw manta ray, coral reefs, so many tropical fish & sea turtles. We also (briefly!) spotted dolphins & turtles from the hotel! This is a small resort with only 4 hotel rooms which we liked a lot as it is quiet & intimate. Would we stay again? In a heartbeat….

Meals from the restaurant were pretty basic. Recommend eating elsewhere on the island (with your scooter ;) )

The Point Resort is heaven. The views from the infinity-edge, cliff-top pool are next level. Definitely use Rocky's for door-to-door transport because the resort is far from the dock. We were welcomed with a delicious drink while staff took our bags to our room. The bed was absolutely huge and incredibly comfortable, and staff magically transformed our room ready for the night while we were out to dinner. We hired a scooter for Rp8000 a day, which was perfect for exploring the whole island. Communication prior to our stay was very responsive. There are only 5 rooms, so very private. Do yourself a favour and book this gorgeous resort for a dream escape with your partner that you will remember forever. Nothing compares to swimming in the stunning pool while admiring the view with a cocktail in hand. They also have Netflix, just saying ;)

The food wasn’t great. Also no milk for cappuccino, basic stuff. We recommend getting food from outside (delivered). We got charged an extra 3% on the total price to pay by card, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Make sure you don’t wear your favorite swimsuit, it will turn green from the pool.

Incredible view, Komang was the best. Laundry is possible, came out great but very expensive. We saw multiple dolphins and turtles, just hanging from the pool. Amazing!!
