The breakfast is very delicious, the staff very helpful, the location is perfectly in the heart of Canggu, the swimming pool you can really swim in, the bedroom is very spacious and beautifully designed.

We stayed for only 1 night so didn’t get to use the pool but it is rather small. Property has stairs so to keep in mind for the mobility challenged.

Location was perfect for Canggu, walkable to Penny Lane, Spring Spa, beach clubs and plenty others around the main streets. Photos of the room are accurate. Service was really great and staff spoke great English.

It was amazingly clean, and the staff was beyond nice and helpful at all times. The location was extremely nice, very close to lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach. All around an amazing experience:)

The best hotel in Canguu!! The staff is so so kind and lovely, the facilities are so beautiful, clean, amazing location right in the center of Canguu and super close to the beach as well. The breakfast on the roof is also so great. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone traveling to Canguu.

I suggest they also have small pillows to offer for those who struggle to sleep with the big and high ones.

The Staff is the main quality of the hotel, as well as all of its facilities and restaurant. Pleople are warm and the room is very comfortable and well decorated. The hotel is in good location and you still can sleep in silence. We loved everything.

This was our third time staying at The Prime Canggu Bali, and it keeps getting better! Everything about this hotel is simply perfect, from the impeccable service to the comfortable and spotless rooms. A special mention goes to the amazing staff, who made our stay even more special. Elza, Lina, and Rai at the reception were always kind, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Sicil at breakfast was wonderful, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring we had the best start to our day. Speaking of breakfast, the rooftop experience is fantastic! We loved the fresh fruit, made-to-order eggs, avocado toast, pancakes, and more—everything was absolutely delicious. One evening, we also tried the restaurant and enjoyed traditional Indonesian dishes like Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng—both were incredibly tasty! The hotel’s location in Canggu is just perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer. After three amazing stays, we can confidently say that we will definitely be back again! Highly recommended!

The property was stunning and rooms were lovely, super clean. It was in a great location and very close to various bars, restaurants, cafes and the beach. The hotel is quite secluded from the main road too which is nice, but still easy to get to everything. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating, we stayed for our anniversary and they made our stay very special. The breakfast offers a range of choices too which is great. You feel so incredibly safe here and we had a brilliant stay - would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at The Prime Canggu! The place is clean, well-maintained, and offers a spacious room with fresh bedsheets, a spotless bathroom, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff, especially the front desk and housekeeping team, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff (I wish I remembered her name!) went above and beyond, always checking in to ensure guests had a great night's sleep, were enjoying their stay, and had everything they needed for the day ahead. The warm hospitality, cleanliness, and overall experience make this a fantastic place to stay in Canggu. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

I liked everything

The staff were super friendly and very accomodating/helpful. I would purely stay here again just because of the staff !!! The room was great, bed was comfy & the bath is quite big !

The staff was super friendly and supportive whenever we had questions or needed anything. The room was huge and everything was in great condition and also very clean. Although the hotel is near busy streets with great restaurants and boutiques, it was always very quiet because the hotel is at the end of a small side street.

We stayed at the Prime for 6 nights total during our trip to Bali. Excellent location in the heart of Canggu. The rooms are large and spotless. The staff are all extremely kind and accommodating. 10/10 experience, and I’ll definitely book again if coming back to Canggu
