Bathroom could have used a revamp. It was spacious but the lovely big bath was badly stained and didn't look clean so unfortunately I didn't feel comfortable using it. The water from the handheld 'bidet' had a terrible odour. I've stayed in several places in Bali and Lombok over the last few months and have not encountered this anywhere else.

The first room I was shown to was not what I was expecting. I asked to be moved and was accommodated. I did have to pay for an 'upgrade'. That said, the room I ended up in was very comfortable. The staff, reception and housekeeping, were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and the location was perfect for me.

It’s a beautiful property with an amazing location in downtown Canggu. Opposite Penny Lane and 5mins walk from the beach. Audy the Manager and his entire team are the perfect example of excellence in hospitality

Excellent location. Close to beach, right in the thick of restaurants and shops, yet once inside hardly any noise even though we were front room. Staff very friendly. Pool was great for a swim. And the garden around pool well kept and nice plants. Aircon great. Shower great. Planned on two nights and stayed for three. Would stay again!

The bath and shower in the room I was provided with could use an upgrade and it would be great if there were coffee-making facilities and a bar fridge in the room.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. On arrival I was unhappy with the standard room I’d booked so approached the desk staff and was immediately provided with an upgrade at a very fair price. My new room was very comfortable. Staff were very attentive to daily cleaning of the room whilst also respecting my privacy. The garden/pool area was beautiful and relaxing … an oasis in the midst of the busyness of Canggu. By the same token, Radian Villa is in the heart of Canggu … step outside the doors and there are a myriad of restaurants, warungs, shops, day spas etc at your convenience. It’s also a very brief stroll to the beach.

there were insects outside my room and chair, part of the tropical climate in bali, perhaps insect repellant could be sold or offered also would like for them to sell some drinks would be great

Facilities were a bit tired and run down, our first room had a bad smell and we needed to change rooms after a couple of days. Cleanliness was also a bit lacking (used glassware was not washed and just put back as if they were cleaned). Also received an attempted phishing email from someone at the property trying to steal my credit card details.

Room was spacious and comfortable, pool was good and staff were always responsive to our requests.

WiFi could work better, but 4G connection solves this easily.

Absolutely brilliant place and excellent customer service! Not only were we upgraded to the best villa but also staff took care of all our needs and kept the place super tidy. Despite the central location, where everything you need is within walking distance, the site remains quiet and is soothing for your mind after the whole day out. Will defo stay again.

Loved the bath and outdoor shower! Could have been thoroughly cleaned a bit better as I took baths every night. Location was prime, in the heart of canggu and directly across from Penny Lane!

I stayed here many years ago and it's been upgraded since, so has the price. I was really excited about the spa and so was our 10 year old. We filled it up and no hot water at all. It was hard to work out how to turn it on the spa jets and then worked out it had been re-wired with a manual switch. Once we got in I felt sharp pain in some minor reef cuts I had on my feet. I quickly realised the water had an electrical current through it and we quickly got out. I tried to tell staff but no one understood. Apart from the minor electrocution we love our stay.

The rooms are old and need a decent clean, we were there for 5 days and the floor was never cleaned, nor the bathroom mirror, nor anything in the kitchen area . There was nothing in the kitchen - we had to ask for a jug and cups . The jug was disgusting and we didn’t use it . The toilet and seat were dirty and need to be cleaned / replaced . The toilet paper was never restocked and we had to ask for more . The internet was pretty bad . It seemed as tho the few staff that were there had zero interest in the place - except for the Gardner !

The gardens and pools were great . The room size was large . Aircon worked well .

The bathroom needed minor refurbishment. New toilet or remove stains and replace seat. Replace or repair taps. Only one working. Remove stain from bath. Clean windows. Replace broken window glass pane. New mirror. Intensive clean of floor tiles.

Excellent location, in the heart of all the action we really enjoyed our time here. Staff were helpful and friendly and the villas, pools and ground’s were cleaned daily and kept in excellent condition.

Bathroom could of been a little bit cleaner

The location was great. Little noisy at night time but that was fine. Not many other people staying there so we had the place all to ourselves. I would say it’s a little over priced for what it is but that’s okay. No breakfast or food available at the property.

Not only here but in all Bali, they have different standards for bathroom cleanliness, different than european ones.

Great location, so quiete and so near to great restaurants, cool shops. It is not in megabussy part of the city which is great. 5 min walk to the beach. I realised late they have a community fridge at reception. Pool is very nice and the garden well curated, so you start your days with such a nice view.

lovely villas in the middle of town. the bathrooms were excellent with outside shower and bath. the staff upgraded us two better villas as they were not booked without additional charge.

Wifi is inexistant. I connected to all the wifi they provide and none worked even to open a google page or instagram. I used my data during my stay. The swimming pools look nice but they’re never cleaned! Many leaves from the trees and just dirty at the bottom with several broken tiles. The toilet wasn’t clean at all. Had poo and pee stains and bad smell. Had to ask for it to be cleaned and scrubbed. After that it was fine. No fridge.

I believe I got an upgrade and got a bigger room. Very spacious. Bed was big and comfortable with 4 big pillows. Room was cleaned every day, and 2 bottles of water each day. You can ask at reception for towels for the pool/beach. Big and nice bath tub, outdoor shower was great with good pressure and hot water. Lady at reception was friendly and helpful. Location is great plenty of stuff around restaurants and shops, atm, laundry etc etc and just 10-15 mins walk to the beach.
