AustraliaThe bathroom needs updating. Don’t like the shower in the bath. Had so many problems with my door. Forever going back to reception in regards of faulty door. They changed the whole lock and still had major problems. Had to go elsewhere for an hour while it got fixed and couldn’t enter my friends room either as their door had the same issue. Lovely staff however wouldn’t stay again. And the pool needs to be open til 10pm not 7.30pm. All other resorts close 10pm. Bit disappointing

I was on my transit on way home for 12 hours stay only, thus I did not get chance to experience more. I thought I can try their spa, however once I arrived the spa already closed.

New ZealandOur bathroom was nice, however the shower head wasn't working properly. As we only stayed at the Rani for 2 nights, we weren't thinking to call the staff to check. Overall though, they offer everything we need in the bathroom.
The staffs were amazing, the food was good. The location was even better since it was very close to the airport. For the price, we were really happy staying at the Rani. We unfortunately didn't try the pool but could see people really enjoyed it.

United KingdomOn the second stay we took a ground floor poolside room as we had lots of bags and didn't want the hassle of the lift. The room smelt very strongly of damp and there was mould in the bedroom and the bathroom. There was no overhead lighting just "mood" lighting. Whilst keeping the curtains etc closed for privacy the room is very dark making it hard to organise bags etc.
My sister and I stayed at this hotel twice in a week. The first stay was on the 4th floor. The room was spacious and there was not so much light or noise disturbance.

We stayed in the suite with pool view room and it was fantastic. Very spacious, walked out to the pool, good air conditioning and nice bathroom. The staff were very friendly and would do their best to help you with any questions, also happy to have a chat and get to know you. The location is perfect, walking distances to everything or quick taxi ride to things a bit further away. The buffet breakfast was nice with a good spread! The pool was clean and large, with sun and shade.

AustraliaThey have some one at the hotel trying to promote drinks cocktails and Spa at the hotel but it doesn’t work. Needs to be way more organised. Every time we tried to book on level 3 no one was there. We tried numerous times over 3 days but gave up day three when they tried to send us up to the main Rani hotel up the street. We just used other more convenient Spa’s The tiles around the pool are a little dangerous as soon as they are wet. Be warned!!
We liked the price ,which I thought suited what the hotel has to offer. I liked the quietness of the Rani… I liked the Bufget breakfast,which was adequate and eggs available when you ask. Rooms clean with modern aircon that was actually cold. Staff and onsite meals good. Room service also good. Easy access to shops and eateries right outside the hotel. Pool filtered every morning and cleaners do an amazing job.
