Another couch/armchair would be good - sleeps 6 but not room for six to relax. Two very tall teenagers and two parents was also a squeeze on the couch for relaxing. Disappointing miscommunication about check out time - one message said 3pm and another said 12noon.

Breakfast selections were fantastic. Villa was well equipped and comfortable. Butlers were amazing - Hani and Komang. Location was perfect.

We stayed in this villa on the last leg of our trip to Bali. The villa was beyond stunning. We were greeted by Sergio and Romi who were so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much! They even bought a cake for my friends birthday which was such a lovely surprise. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay as there is security at the entrance to the villas. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone. It is close to the centre of Seminyak with many shops/restaurants and bars nearby. We also celebrated Nyepi in the villa, it was so peaceful and a wonderful thing to experience. Thank you so much for the hospitality

Loved loved loved this Villa. It was so well maintained and clean. It was beautifully presented. And so so spacious!! Every room had its own private bathroom. The kids thought they were royalty. The air conditioned living space was large and comfortable and opened up onto a private pool. The staff were lovely. Shout out to our butler Yunita. She was an absolute sweetheart and I hope she's around when we return for another trip! Yunita made us a beautiful breakfast every morning and took care of any requests we had. We had lovely conversations with her as well. The location of this villa was fantastic. Its a 2min walk from main streets in Seminyak with shopping and restaurants. And only a $3 bluebird fare to Bintang supermarket. I loved that it was a street back from a main street. Kept it more peaceful. Also meant you weren't hassled constantly like what you get when you're close to the beach. We will most definitely be staying here again when we come back. It is big enough that it feels like home and you can easily spend days in the Villa instead of beach clubs.

The bathroom is not air conditioned so gets a bit hot in the middle of the day. But if you leave the door open it does cool down.

The included breakfast was perfect and well prepared. My wife said she had the best omelet ever. The location is very good. Only a short walk to the center of Seminyak.

staff were friendly and happy to help, shops and everything we needed was close by. The staff did a great job maintaining the property. Our butler Made was very nice and open to conversations. We loved the breakfast he made for us and also helped us to get things when requested.

The Senang Villa was immaculately kept and opulent in its space and design. The pool was huge and so clean, as was the rest of the villa. The air conditioning was so cool and bedrooms spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful also! We wish we could have stayed longer!

The Villa was stunning with a really good layout for the 6 of us. The staff were on point with super attention to detail and ensuring we were always comfortable and happy. From cooking us breakfast every day to a their chef coming in to cook us a special formal dinner. Even getting out the pump and inflating all our pool toys was a must from the villa staff. The pool was super big and very clean, along with the gardens which were both tidied up & cleaned daily. The location of the villa was nestled in its own secure road away from the hustle and bustle and noise which was only minutes away if you wanted a wake up. Very central to Seminyak for walking in every direction to great spots. The ability to park scooters safely off the street at your villa is as great.

Everything was super clean and spacious. There were 3 bathrooms (2 with baths). The bottled water was replaced everyday which was very nice of them. The pool and garden were cleaned everyday. Breakfast was available everyday and you could choose what you wanted and what time breakfast was. The staff were sooooo sweet and helpful

Our stay at The Residence was absolutely fantastic. Villa Amman was the perfect place for 7 of us to spend a week in Bali. Our butler Komang was incredible and made sure our every need was looked after - he was so kind and thoughtful and we really enjoyed his presence at the villa! The place itself was stunning and perfectly presented. Everything we needed was provided, right down to little details. Fresh water bottles in the bathrooms daily, complimentary fruit, the rooms even had conversion plugs and there was a huge Bluetooth speaker so we could play music by the pool. Komang organised our laundry, sourced us drinks, and even bought some of us fresh coconuts when we were feeling unwell. The complex is also well located with convenience stores and massage spas right outside the entrance. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you to Komang and the staff at the Residence for a great stay.

Not that it was a concern for us, but there is no smart TV to access streaming services although an update is planned. We found the airconditioner in the main bedroom noisy overnight (only noticeable once the pool water feature turned off) but nothing that ear plugs didn't fix.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa Amala was great for our family. It's located on a gated well lit, very quiet/clean lane with 24 hour security along with several other villas which are all very private. The two bedrooms with King beds had direct access to their open air bathrooms. Both bathrooms were huge, had separate showers as well as baths with the main bathroom also having a spa and private outdoor shower. The Main bedroom had a separate entrance (at end of pool) to the other 2 bedrooms but doorways were almost adjacent to each other. The other 2 bedrooms (one with King bed and the other with single beds that we had made into a king bed) shared a bathroom that had 2 doorways. Each bedroom had its own set of keys to lock the bedroom door. Kitchen had heaps of appliances and we were personally welcomed with cold towel, juice and huge bowl of local fruit- we were well looked after by Budi who cooked amazing breakfast for us each morning and was more than willing to pick item's up from the shop if we needed - perfect for first time Bali visitors. Staff could be contacted 24/7. The couch was incredibly comfortable with overhead reading lamp and the upstairs deck with fan and lighting was perfect for a night of socialising in the comfort of your own quiet oasis. Budi visited each afternoon to light mosquito coils and we had no need to use insect repellent for the duration our stay. Airconditioning in every room including living area with bi-fold doors to pool worked effectively. All rooms also had ceiling fans. Pool has 2 small floating rings suitable for young children. Large portable Bluetooth speaker and bottomless water filter for both hot and cold water provided.
