the property did not live ion to the description, star rating or reviews. it was tired in terms of decor and quite dirty in places. we actually decided to leave the property for a couple of days and headed over to one of the islands as really wasn’t happy the pool hasnt been cleaned in years with green slimy film

The villa needed a bit of modernisation (fresh paint, there were cracks in the sunken tub, the hot water didn’t stay warm for long) but it was all fit for purpose. The facilities were good. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that the staff were constantly letting themselves into the villa for various thing (to turn on outdoor lights, to bug spray the rooms and general housekeeping) after I told them I didn’t want them to. They told me to put up the “do not disturb” sign but after asking three different members of staff none of them could tell me where it was. On the last full day I specifically said no housekeeping as I keep relatively tidy and when I went out in the afternoon/evening, I came back to find someone had been in my room despite me specifically saying no for that day. It made me feel uncomfortable towards the end as though anyone could walk in at any point as I was a woman travelling alone.

Breakfast was delivered to our room each day- out of 4 days, arrived cold to mildly warm every day, and only arrived at time ordered on one of the days. No ventilation or windows of any description in the bathroom- smells lingered for a very long time! We were so far away from main lobby we had no wi-fi, not even for the tv and Netflix etc.

Very accommodating at changing our booking dates from original booking when we had to postpone due to us getting Covid the week we were due to fly out. They did not have to do this, but they let us change dates at no extra cost- totally impressed at this gesture of goodwill. Location was good, rooms spacious and pool is beautiful. All staff very friendly.

On my last day, I asked staff to extend my stay for another day as I was coming at 7 AM from the club. They said they were not sure if the room would be available. So the next day they confirmed but woke me up to pay. I understand that the booking requires a pre-payment, but I would like to get at least 8 hours of sleep. On that day I had a hole in my croissant. I don't know who made it, probably the birds. Otherwise would give it a 10.

Everything, especially the reception staff, Dewi. The pool is deep enough and the lights and pumps give it a more luxurious look. The beds were super comfortable. I couldn't hear anyone. The toiletries smell great. Delicious welcoming snacks and fruit.

Property 3 bedroom villa very dated. Not much for kitchen utensils if wanting to eat in. TVs poor signal and very far away and small. Breakfast was average. Location about 30/40 minute walk from beach clubs etc

The beds were too hard. Even with mattress toppers it was too hard. It is also featured on your site two single beds for one room which is the reason we booked it but there was only 2 large beds so it shouldn't be advertised as that or we would have booked elsewhere. The breakfast was only ok.

The staff were fantastic and looked after us very well. The rooms were cleaned very well each day and the size of the villas was very good.

The building of the Villa is very old. the bathtub is leaking and cannot be used. The facilities need to be upgraded

The kitchen counter & dish cupboard wasn’t cleaned. The ladle & cutting board had cobwebs on it. The cooking area should have a dishwashing soap. Also provide lid for pan. Bathtub & bathroom floor was dirty. It was a layer of dust. So obviously not cleaned.

Good location. The lady at egg counter was very nice. She custom made our omelettes. The villa is very good. Bed was very good & we slept really well. The reception and guards are very friendly

NOTHING like the pictures,,, the place was tired, it was dark and dismal at night , curtains were thin and worn pool loungers / bean bags were unusable as they were so wet bathrooms were horrible.,, looked like abitoires bathroom towels thin toiletries cheap and nasty

Overall the facilities were quite dated and in need of update. The Kitchenette and facilities were terrible with very limited utensils or cleaning equipment. When this was requested and supplied it was removed the following day. The showers need a good clean and descaling room water can flow. The villas themselves lacked any character and felt like a bank vault rather than a tropical villa. Breakfast was average and they really need to consider better selection of coffee options.

the property is run down and did not look anything like the photos. on the morning of 27th June 5am, there was no water in the villa. tried frantically to get it resolved and by the time it was resolved, I already had to leave for the hotel. the upkeep is poor, the sheet was stained (with blood), the towels were grey, the utensils were grimy, the hairdryer was hopeless, the wc was stained and couldn’t flush well, the sliding door doesn’t close properly and the mosquitoes could get in thru the gaps, the walls are stained and peeling. disappointed as I paid a premium as it was marketed as a 4-5 star private villa. the breakfast is disappointing and it is not within the property itself.

we were cheated , it was mentioned that it’s 600 mtr from Seminyak beach but instead it was more than 3 km, villa was really bad quality , breakfast too bad, villa was not clean, bad toilets, locks were spoiled and many more
