You can hear people walking on the floors above you and in the rooms next door, and doors shutting are quite noisy - which is annoying at night

Very close to everything. A bit set off the road so it was a bit quieter although very central. Lounge/cafe/pool area is nice and relaxing.

Vanity had red staining (blood??) all over it. No provision of shampoo or conditioner. Bed was absolutely awful (for two people who can usually sleep anywhere). We stayed here because they offered ‘surf lessons’ instead of a ‘surf camp’ as we had limited time, and when we enquired on arrival, they advised the minimum was 3 days of surf lessons. For those wanting to surf, I’d pay more to stay on the beach where you are close to surf board hire (we paid AUD5/board). Also no where to really lounge around the pool and there were guests smoking around there constantly anyway. This had more of a backpackers vibe with a hotel price tag.

The property was just off a Main Street and close to cafes and the beach, so location was good. Staff were helpful in arranging laundering of clothes off-site.

They don’t have very many scooters available so I was unable to hire one for my stay. There was complimentary tea but no coffee.

Great location, beautiful decor and food was delicious at the restaurant. Peaceful and pleasant stay, I will 100% be returning next time.

Clean and near to the La Brisa which is one of the reason I stay there. Lot's of restaurant just walking distant.

It is stipulated in the booking that there is a club nearby which is loud. Unfortunately that did mean we were kept awake until 4am with the noise. Not the hotels fault, but worth noting.

The mattress wasn’t so comfy, but it was still pretty decent.

Small hotel, but the staff is super friendly. I had to move between different rooms because of a pre-booking issue, but I was still able to enjoy my stay. The rooms are stylish and clean, and the lobby is a cozy area where you can relax and unwind. The location is great because it’s just a short walk from Eco Beach and the Beach Club La Brisa. I highly recommend it! Also value of money!

After arriving from a red-eye flight, I would have loved to be able to check in a bit earlier. Luckily, I got to sleep on some comfy bean bags by the pool and didn't mind too much at the end.

Arranged their driver who kept us waiting well over an hour outside airport which was frustrating. Single mattresses could do with upgrading.

We loved the incredible, fresh food at the restaurant, the tranquillity of the motel, and the clean rooms. Basic but functional accommodation, with very friendly, helpful staff and central location. Nasi goreng and satay were exceptional, also the smoothie bowl and signature iced tea. Great value for money in Echo beach, would recommend.

Great hotel with very special vibe of surfing. Comfortable room with all you need, and very clean. Amazing pool side on the rooftop was a bonus, while we wanted just to relax in this hotel, so if you looking for good comfortable hotel with pool, I can only recommend you Surf motel. Also it is located close to the beach (just 5 minutes walk)

Music from venue nearby (crazy loud and I know the hotel can’t help this but it was wild) and my friend got tiger balm on the covers and we got charged and had to explain she had a muscle injury and got let off but was stressful.

It is loud - and they don’t leave ear plugs :( I think the price versus this is questionable. Additionally they charged me a full last night for late checkout and then told me it would be half price but couldn’t refund me…which I thought was poor.

The hotel was lovely and clean! The facilities like the pool was lovely and the food downstairs was good!

Drains did smell occasionally, but hey it’s Bali and not a 5 star hotel. All good just put soap in the toilet and shower to stop smell.

Location, 5min walk to echo beach, close to Batu Bolong restaurants. Rooftop pool. Friendly staff. Food was good. Rooms cleaned daily.

This motel is hands down the best place i ever stayed at in Bali, fantastic location less than a 3-minute walk to la brisa beach club. Very welcoming vibe and a lovely staff, I like to thank them, and especially Dewi who assisted us with everything and made us feel welcomed during our stay. Great value for money and breakfast too! Can’t wait to go back there someday. :)
