Please make sure to eat there! We tried their restaurant the First night and the second night we had dinner somewhere else on the beach. We still regret that we did not came back! Make sure also to get watermelon juice and ask for snorkeling activities in Crystal Bay

The installation was really nice surrounded bu trees and we even saw monkeys close to the hotel. Crystal beach was 6 minutes away walking which was amazing and the staff was very helpfull. Komang was the best host and helped us two setting the tours, boat tickets and transportation. There were 3 options for the breakfast.

Loved staying at The Tinsi! The staff were so friendly and we were made to feel welcome straight away. Rooms were big, spacious and exactly what we needed. It is tucked away right by Crystal Bay, which is just a short walk away and has lots of warungs for a drink and a bite to eat. Great value for money!

The bungalow is very nice and spacious, in a serene village setting. It really made us feel relaxed after a long day travel. Mr.Kadek met us in person at the harbour and brought us to his place. Though a bit far from the dive shops, Mr.Kadek and his team brought me daily early morning to my dive shop with scooter. He also toured the west coast of the island with me and took nice photos. All at very reasonable prices. Mr.Kadek is a very good driver, I feel safe while he negotiated the tricky road of Nusa Penida, it certainly is quite an experience! Terima Kasih!!!

It's so peaceful! The bungalow is huge, you have your wardrobe and everything you need. Crystal beach is a 10 minute walk in the jungle. They serve breakfast and dinner and also rent scooters to go around the island. They can also arrange tours and transportation. The staff is very friendly. I truly had a great time.

Very close to the crystal bay (5 min walking distance). Staff is very friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations for what to do and where to drive on Nusa Penida. The cottages were charming and the beds comfortable.

This is the place that you want to book for your visit to Nusa Penida. Mr Kadek and his staff are superb hosts and will make you feel welcomed. The huts are designed for comfort and relaxation. The property is only 10 mins walk to crystal bay which is the most popular spot for snorkelling and is beautiful beach just to unwind and enjoy the view. Mr. Kadek and his staff took such great care of me from the start till the end. Mr. Kadek himself came to pick me up from the port and also arranged for breakfast even though it was pas the breakfast timing. His staff is always there for help. As a solo traveler, it can get tricky to explore around if you don’t know how to ride a scooter but the staff helped to arrange for that too. Komang, one of the staff members is a lovely and friendly fellow and super helpful. Also, I went to Nusa Penida around a festival and most of the people were away for the celebration, and so Mr, Kadek himself drove me around and took great photographs of me at all the popular locations. I would like to thank the entire team of The Tinsi for the wonderful experience that I had at the island and also just want to say that they’re doing a great job.

Breakfast was coffee, fruit plate and a choice of eggs cooked in a variety of ways or local dish usually a basic or new goreng. It was very well presented, tasty and wholesome. Wonderful to wake up to a lovely breakfast in a peaceful setting.

After reading so many positive reviews, we had a big expectation about our stay. But all our expectations were exceeded. Mr. Kadek arranged a car to pick up us at the harbour and bring to the resort. The room was clean and spacious. After a long commute we were tired and hungry. Komang, our guardian angel, gave us some bananas from their garden and even himself drove to the market and purchased fresh fruits for us to enjoy during our stay. The bed is comfy, the mattrass is soft, the small bottle of drinking water is offered daily. Looks like everyone at The Tilsi resort is an amazing chef. During our stay we were treated with the variety of vegan food cooked just for two of us. The caring owner brought fofu and temph from the mainland of Bali to Nusa Penida so we have delicious nutritional meals. The curry, mie goreng, nasi goreng, CapCay vegetables with tofu, fresh juices and fruits, and vegan pancakes... What a special treat! I wish we would book The Tinsi for at least a week. Ask Mr. Kadek to reserve the boat tickets for you. You will get the tickets at the discounted price and his business will get some benefits as well. Win-win situation for both. We also took a day tour with Mr Kadek and explored the Eastern side of Nusa Penida. We really enjoyed the tour, our conversations, and Mr. Kadek's driving skills. Again, we love everything about our stay. Highly recommend!

A very beautiful oasis in the very green small jungle near the crystal bay. Very friendly and helpful personnel there. We were a family with our child and baby there and enjoyed our time and had very good memories.

Everything was nice, even if the bathroom didn’t have the possibility to close the window.

A quiet and peaceful place, clean, tidy. The bungalows are so nice arranged. The yard is very clean. The food is amazing. You definitely have tot try the squid and the prawns.

Nothing. This is one of our favorite stays in Bali.

The Tinsi has cozy, beautiful, clean villas that are a five minute walk from Crystal Bay. Kare is very accommodating and a great driver. The food at their kitchen is exceptional, some of the best meals we have had out of our month in Bali, try the vegetable cap cai! We would return in a heartbeat.

It's an amazing place! We were surrounded by most welcome greetings everyday.The team at The Tinsi makes you feel like at home. Perfect to relax and meditate. So quiet and beautiful. Crystal Bay is just 5 min away through a tropical forest with some funny chickens and lots of snorkeling and Pandan Beach with it's wite sands is just 10 min. You have all you need and more. Thank you guys for having us. I'll keep you in my heart through all the winter in NZ🙏❤️

Things you want to know : - there's a restaurant in the accomodation and the food is very good. - they can provide transfer to/from the port - they can provide motorcycle - the can provide a driver The bangalows are clean and the garden is very green and clean it's so nice, there are domestic animals in the way to the beach nice to see Kadek is very talented in almost everything including photography 👌
