The Trans have absolutely nailed luxury service. From buzzers by your sun lounger to fresh towels laid out for you. An amazing buffet breakfast that has everything you can think of and more. The turn down service at night. Generous products in yours room. Balcony curtains and the bath. Pillow menu. Attention to detail is well worth the price.

Loved it here. The room, amenities, pool, restaurant and staff were all incredible. My son really enjoyed the kids club, especially the pizza making. This is a really special place that I would love to return to. Very family friendly, especially with the sandy kids pool.

It is a bit pricy

The staff were very friendly and always trying their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The buffet breakfast is 10/10. The pool is very child friendly.

The restaurant and roof top bar could be so much better, breakfast was very good but service was slow to get food for dinner and if only there was some good music or some sort of ambience. As older guests we found it difficult to tackle the busy streets in the area for alternative cafes so we ate at the hotel and sadly found it uninspiring even though the food was generally good. There were no power points in the bathroom, no usb points and the tv had no decent movie channels. Hotel is probably suited more to families or those with younger children.

A very friendly hotel with comfy rooms, a great pool, especially for kids, breakfast was good and staff were all lovely. We stayed here quite a few years ago and hotel is starting to show some age although has been very well maintained.

Loved everything but unfortunately wasn’t as close to the beach as I would generally prefer . Being close to Eat street made up for it however !

the beds and pillows. the pillows are way to big, and they are either too soft and too hard. my neck was very sore each night.

We visited Transresort for the second time and we are so happy we didn’t try another resort. It’s fantastic for kids: the staff are all exceptional; the resort is really well-priced; in walking distance to anything you need in Seminyak and the rooms are awesome. The buffet breakfast includes espresso coffee and fresh juices! Can’t wait to be back

The staff were amazing - all of them. a special mention to Satu in the restaurant, Anton at the pool and Dana out front. Beautiful smiles, nothing was too much trouble. I was made feel so welcome and so special. And I have no doubt every other guest was made feel the same. the room was beautiful and the bed super comfortable. The rooftop bar was gorgeous and the sandy bottom pool my favourite place. I absolutely recommend The Trans Resort. Oh and breakfast was amazing.

the food at the restaurant was not good! less options and extremely pricey food. also the rooftop bar doesnt have any food or bar bites/snacks which is a miss

location is amazing. nearby mall burger king etc liked the rooftop bar for a great sunset view good jacuzzi in the balcony of the room. cleaning was done very nicely

Location Excellent! All the Staff are Amazing , housekeeping, front desk, concierge are all very friendly and professional. The breakfast selection is excellent, so yummy and the staff are so accommodating.

only thing I can think of is the pillows were uncomfortable for me but my his and loved them

The service was amazing and really appreciated the staff coming up to ask if everything was ok and we were satisfied and happy. cleaning the room in the morning and then checking at night again if needing to replace towels or replenish water bottles was reassuring and appreciated also. Great service and great with children.
