Property wasn’t as described, front of the resort was under major construction. No pool, no bar area and our original room was non existent. However, we were upgraded to a nice villa with private pool. This was a fair compensation and the staff were lovely.

The main pool bar and second pool bar was not staffed or in working condition. The main pool was a bit dirty with toiletpaper lying around. The place, restaurant and pool was a bit quiet and empty, felt like we were the only guests there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our private pool. Aircons was great. Big spacious open plan areas.

The first night I was there I could hear a lot of music from other establishments, so I couldn’t sleep. The second night however was better and I slept well. I didn’t really like the restaurant food apart from an omelette I had one morning which was great. But you can’t easily walk to other places for food so it’s not a big deal.

Room was massive and the bathroom was huge too. Overall decent condition. Beach directly opposite the hotel is so beautiful and there are lounges for guests there too. The staff are equally lovely and checked on me when I wasn’t feeling well which was so comforting being a solo female traveler :) thank you

There is karaoke in front of hotel. Very loud music from 6:30 till 11 pm. Hard to stay there at this time.

The room was very spacious which requires a stronger aircon for it to be cooled down.

The location is very convenient with the beach being literally in front of the property and the center of the island just a walking distance away. The staff was great and took great care of the guests. All requests have been quickly addressed.

We booked this as we wanted a place with a pool that provided breakfast; upon arrival we were told that the pool and restaurant were closed, we were given 220,000 rupiah as a refund for breakfast, but the price of the room we booked roughly 1,050,000 rupiah (after the breakfast refund) per night, was not worth it without the pool and included breakfast. The air-con in the room was also not working very well and no matter what setting or how long it was on the room was always hot and humid, the room was not serviced during our stay and there were lots of bugs despite us leaving the windows and door closed - including inside the bed. It was hard to rate this property to poorly as the staff were genuinely lovely, but for the price these issues aren’t excusable, especially given the prices of other - better - properties on the island.

All of the staff were really really lovely and helpful, they helped with our bags, when we had an issue with one of our bikes and always offered friendly conversation. The room was large, was close to the center (but not too close), and the TV was great with Netflix and Amazon Prime provided.

The main pool needed maintenance and some decor uplift but otherwise I couldn’t fault the resort.

Our 2 bedroom villa with a private pool was worth the little bit extra. Breakfast by the beach was an amazing start to each day

the hotel is improving TV Channel (Netflix, Prime video, Apple Tv etc etc), during we stayed in this hotel Octobre 2022, we got trouble to see TV and also wifi. next it will be good, complete TV channel with many film box office.

I booked a 2 bed villa with a pool which for our family group was great. We had some good fun in our own private space. The rooms were good and beds comfortable 😌 beachfront but not able to swim at the front due to rocks. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The facilities are not 100% ready at the moment, but they are in the midst of upgrading! Would love to be back when things are more updated. Breakfast could definitely be better.

The staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful and were always ready to attend to our needs and fix things up whenever necessary. A pretty decent stay at an affordable price for a villa with a private pool!

At the time of my stay the TV's weren't working, not a big issue but for the price they perhaps should be working.

All the staff were so friendly and welcoming especially Geng who taught me some new words in Bahasa 😊 All the staff know your name and you feel part of the family. Such a beautiful view at breakfast, which was delicious (Enak 😉) The location is great, far enough away from all the noisy party bars but close enough to walk and enjoy the various restaurants. Sunset point is also only a 10 min walk away.

Not enough hanging / storage such as drawers in the bedrooms. Our villa door didn't lock

Pool, breakfast being served at the villa or on the beach. Location is amazing. Close enough to the main street but not too close. Quiet enough to sleep well.
