Beautiful pool and garden I loved the fish pond outside our room with the fish food to feed them.

There are just a few sunbeds by the pool, so they would fill up fast. Was not a problem for us due to the short stay, but I would get the room with pool for longer periods.

I had an amazing stay at Udaya! The staff was very nice and took care of every detail. The room was spacious and the design was great. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the food was tasty. They offered several complimentary services and the shuttle to the city center worked perfectly for us. I wish I had stayed longer and I would love to come back!

I don't understand people going to the jungle and complaining about animals but in this case I did feel that they should spray something around the entrances to keep the ants out. Not even sure if it was ants. Tiny translucent creatures that swarm any food within 15 minutes it is left at the table. I don't know where they come from.

We only stayed for one night, so can't say too much. Looks impressive. Nice restaurant, very green. The villa looks great.

The Udaya is a gorgeous property. But the real gem is the staff, ever so respectful. Straight from the booking process with the reservations team, the front desk team, and guest relations team at check in and exceptional service received from Nengah, Sunarsa, Buniati, Tirta, and Wika, to mention but a few. The rooms are as gorgeous as advertised, the pool is gorgeous, and the ladies at the spa were very welcoming. The food is yummy with very generous portions. I would definitely be back here again.

The complimentary shuttle takes a while because of the traffic in Ubud but we just took gojeks and it was 7 min into town.

Our room was STUNNING - so clean! The staff were so attentive in checking in on us to make sure we had fresh linens, tours, and gave us local tips for making our way around Ubud. My husband also had a massage at the spa at the resort and said it was incredible. The room service was also an added plus!

We had a perfect stay at The Udaya. The suite was amazing and the staff was very friendly and made our stay memorable. We also enjoyed the spa - which we strongly recommend to everyone staying at Udaya. We'll certainly come back.

Authentique Bali style building, very clean and well maintained. closed to Ubud center where can be reached in about 5-10 mins by free shuttle from hotel. Extremely friendly and nice staffs from every part of the hotel and spa. Free shoulder massage is very good and appreciated.

A nice experience we had in Udaya, started from the big smile that was awaiting for us upon arrival, The location is near from Ubud center , The room is beautiful 😍 for couple , I wouldn’t consider it private if your kids young enough . The balcony is well designed to keep you relax and if you are kinda person who enjoys privacy the little garden well ensure it . I liked the fact that they clean the room twice if needed Breakfast is a la carta , delicious options with good variety. In general the resort is not big as the name suggest but I think this is usual coz I tried multiple different resorts some are 5 stars I would say they are almost the same , maybe Udaya better Restaurant view is not satisfactory and not supplied with air conditioning, which is again not something unusual . I think the gym has a better view -_- , maybe they can change with the restaurant 😅 Anyway total experience is satisfactory and I would recommend it

Lovely friendly helpful staff who all knew my name and reception staff who welcome you 'home' after you've been out for the day. Great location just on the outskirts of Ubud with a regular shuttle into town. The spa is excellent, I had a couple of treatments and they were first class. The food in the restaurant is also great. Room was large, comfortable with all the facilities you need.

It was very beautiful the garden very well kept and the fish was a lovely touch in the ponds that pass the rooms. I really loved the service it was 5 star cannot fault it. It was very close to Ubud centre. The amenities were lovely and the room service amazingly presented. Overall very happy with our stay

The breakfast was very limited. I got what I thought was the only healthy thing on menu the granola but it was a smoothie in a bowl so some granola and lots of just yoghurt Other than that was no healthy breakfast items

Great hotel and lovely location only ten min drive from central ubud but set back for relaxing My room was a suite so very nice and big and relaxing The bath tub did face the pool and further off construction where I could see the workmen so not ideal for bath! But just put blinds down The spa was amazing. Truly 5 star. I had the flower bath and tia was amazing taking pictures and taking care of me. Had afternoon tea with it. So lovely

The kindness of the personnel, the service provided the breakfast people that they were ready to provide anything that would make your stay welcomed and appreciated. I can’t recommend this resort enough from the breakfast choices until the Bolognese culture. Everything was amazing. We were staying in the jungle, we have experienced the Private Dinner That I recommend you to book we stayed in the pool Villas . I totally recommend Room to have this experience. We had the spa and the high tea experience which is highly recommended, we decided two days of our day to have two different full decorations. The flower theme exceeded our expectations. I can’t thank them enough and I can’t think enough our driver Putna Anik the sales manager. My experience was so good and I m travelling many years and all over the world ! Nice looking pool, good breakfast, and service. The room also was quite nice. This place is good overall, however, it is heavily promoted by bloggers and not the best value for money. You can find strictly better places for lower prices.

All the staff were incredibly attentive! The morning yoga class in the resort yoga shala was always a great start to the day - daily different instructors if you stay for several days. Breakfast options were perfect & food at Deeva restaurant in general. Really useful shuttle to & from central Ubud from 10am - 9pm (every hour). Perfect start to our Bali trip!
